      I placed an order online. When I received the order I had a random charge on my account for $15 on the same day. I never made any other order. They stole my money from my bank.

You should see two charges on your account from us, one for $15.94 and one for $25.52. Together, these charges total the $41.46 that your order cost.       My husband and I bought a *** toy only for the first toy not to work. Received second one only for it to burn his p**** Spencers two resolutions were to choose a different product or a refund. Im highly disappointed in Spencers to sell a *** product that ***** people

      Ordered a Christmas present online on 12/10 and as of Christmas never received and looks like there was no movement once the label was created. They say now there are out of stock will have to give me a refund. They wont give me a reason of what happen. They screwed up on their end and told me the only other option is if I drive 30 mins to pick ** in store if they have the backpack.Never again

Typically, all of the packages are picked up from our warehouse and brought to the shipper and scanned in and begin moving to their destination.       I went to the Spencers in the ***************** and had a terrible experience with the employee on staff. I went there yesterday and purchased clothes and paid with cash. I was not informed of any policies Spencers had when paying with cash. So, today when I went to make my return the employee whos name was ******* (not sure if that was her real name or not) treated me with the worst attitude. She clearly was having a bad day and took it out on me with her unprofessional and rude demeanor. The return policy was no issue for me thats not my cause for concern but mainly the fact this person is still employed from the way she treats and deals with paying customers. Get better staff or I guarantee youll be dealing with a lot more bad reviews and complaints.

      Absolutely horrible. Sent me a broken mug that wasnt even wrapped. Not labeled as fragile. I let them know, they said 1-3 days Id receive shipping info for another one. A month & a 1/2 goes by , no shipping info & no replacement mug. I message them again they say 1-2 days you ll get shipping info. Another month and several weeks still nothing. Act all professional like they are canceling the reshipment when I said I want a refund. Lets be real there was no reshipment. They just took my money, sent me a broken product and lied to me. A multi million dollar company doing this. Wtf. Any company with integrity would have refunded me after this long AND sent me the **** product. I didnt want to give them a f****** Loan of 53$ for 4 months, I bought a product I didnt receive. The phone customer service was also s*** besides the last boy who was probably young trying his best considering he works for a s*** company. Wouldnt let me buy one over the phone to get, wouldnt ship one to their ******** stores after all that. Never again will I shop there and wouldnt recommend my friends/family do either.

      Literally the worst company EVER. Sent a return in and it was received on September 15, 2022. Weeks go by, I reach out wondering why I still havent received my refund. Im finally told theyll manually submit my return because the warehouse has no proof it was received. Their warehouse signed for it, and I have proof via my tracking number. However, theyre claiming its never been returned. They tell me theyll manually do this and to wait up to 14 business days. Lo and behold, 14 business days pass and STILL NOTHING. NO REFUND. Ive run around in circles explaining the same scenario to customer service who are just run by people who only know how to recite a script. This company *****. No one should spend their money here ever, literally any other company is more worthy than this one.

      Im extremely disappointed with my online shopping experience with Spencers. Against my better judgment I chose to have 2 items shipped to me instead of doing in store pickup, when all items were available at my local store. For some reason I was under the impression that my order would ship out from a local area and arrive in a reasonable timeframe. However, today marks 5 business days and my order still has not shipped. It says the label was created via ***** and was expected to ship the following day, after placing my order. Now, it says my order is delayed and ***** is still awaiting the parcel. When I was in store and wanted to make this purchase, the line was not moving. People were standing around and no one was ringing us up. We stood around for 12 minutes before I finally decided I would just place the online order and avoid the line. I also as a business owner myself, cannot comprehend why Spencers utilizes ***** over ***** ESPECIALLY for domestic, small orders, weighing less than 1lb like my own. The cost to ship this order, with the most basic form of shipment from ***** was $15 and can take anywhere up to ***** days to arrive!!! When $8 in a flat rate envelope with **** will get you 2 or 3 day Priority Air!?!?! Someone, PLEASE make it make sense?In conclusion, if youre looking for fast shipping, you HAVE TO pay the extra fee to upgrade otherwise from my experience, your online order is not of priority. In the future if I ever want to shop at Spencers again, Ill stick to waiting in line vs ordering online and waiting for delivery.

      Hi I whould like to know how 1 assist manager get fired for doing hid job he did not get no warning as this manager has had multiple warning so how come he didnt get a warning he straight up and got fired so what is going on with this Spencers in ***************** I whould like to see whats going on with her and the district manager how come she has not got fired I think this is so unfair to him I would like someone to look into it

      Do not buy anything from this company... they had the nerve to send me 6 coffee mugs that looked like they were all used... something you would find at a garage sale.. I filed a PayPal complaint because the company customer service representatives kept owing me off and to top I off they sent me junk and made me pY for the return shipping... I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN... ILL JUST FIND IT ELSEWHERE...
