      We bought a washing machine that doesn't work. They promised us a replacement or cash value of a replacement. They are ignoring us and dragging this on for over 6 weeks now. We have no washing machine and cannot live in a laundromat. They also promised us compensation for the laundromat but haven't paid that either. I can't get anyone to help us and this completely unfair.

      I purchased an ** washer that was installer 8/8/21. The machine failed on its first run. I have now spent the time since working with ** to get the unit repaired, replaced, or refunded. Multiple technicians have worker on the unit without resolution. ** has transferred me from division to division without resolution. Resolution at this point would be return and refund for the washer and dryer.

      We were unsuccessful in locating the customers file using the contact information provided.  We ask the customer to provide any and all telephone numbers used or referenced while communicating with **.  The model/serial combination of the unit as well as any case numbers the customer may have received by a ** representative.

      I bought a window air conditioner unit from ** in January of 2021 from Target for $179.99. The unit does not cool at all. I have been trying to get a refund on this unit for over a month. I have spoken to 30+ people from ** on a near daily basis since 8-1-2021. They requested a written signature to a paper they emailed me. I provided this. They have requested a torn serial number sticker and model number sticker photo. I have taken multiple photos of the unit because there is no serial number or model sticker on the unit. They have supposedly submitted these in the case. I have had multiple case numbers, but the current one is CNN210902416940. They are telling me it is nearly impossible to get a refund without torn stickers or replacing the unit. I do not wish to replace the unit and I do not have the money saved up to replace it anyway. They are telling me to escalate this via phone, but their voice robot does not recognize commands well. It is difficult to get ahold of an individual.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have submitted multiple photos of my air conditioner that shows there is no serial number or model number sticker on the unit. Therefore, it is impossible for me to rip up the sticker that doesn't exist. Please give me a monetary refund.

      I purchased an ** window unit, the product started tripping my electric box. The technician says that parts are on order, *********** refuses to honor the warranty and will not give a refund, they have given me the run around for weeks with no solutions. No one is held accountable and it is hot in *******, I can't wait for a manufacturer to decide on anything. I had to replace the unit, they can have the old one back. This has been a nightmare and still continues. I get ******* feeds saying the same thing with no solutions in sight.

      I am sorry to hear that this is closed. I have been very busy with a new job and did not get a chance to respond. The ** people have informed me that the parts may never be in stock because of problems receiving items from china. How do I proceed forward? The product is not functioning. I am out almost $500.

      I purchased a new ** washing machine at Lowes in *********** ** on March 19 2021.Since that time the machine has defaulted by not draining properly. I called and was advised that a ** technician would come to my home he arrived on Monday August 30th. He needed to order parts. The parts arrived September first he installed the part, and was was then advised that this did not correct the problem another part needs to be ordered a dashboard. My complaint is that this machine is less then 6 months old and the inconvenience to my family and my disability which renders me unable to use public laundry facility. It is my opinion the due to the very recent purchase that a new machine should be issued. Clearly this one is a total manufacturing defect. I purchased a 5 year warranty through ** and should compensated accordingly. My request to speak with a manager was repeatedly denied.

      Our records indicate that the customer had a repair visit September 8. The Technician states that the unit is working as designed. He advised the customer that the issue is that the Unit drains into a sink that doesn't drain well causing water to back flow into unit. He notes that he explained to the customer that they need a plumber. Therefor ** considers this concern resolved.
