    Good Morning,

    Mr. ******** Leased a 2024 Toyota Tundra from Parkway Toyota. At no time did Parkway Toyota in any way sell this gentleman a "different" model year vehicle. He was shown a 2024 ******, he test drove the 2024 ******, he signed a lease agreement for a 2024 ****** and he got insurance from his own insurance broker for a 2024 ******. I simply do not know what he is talking about.

    His floormats were ordered on delivery and the few scratches he claims to have we will be more than happy to look at.

    Parkway Toyota in no way did anything wrong with this customer.

    I am rejecting this response because: This all lies and bbb is no help at all and u ppl stand with the wrong not the truth .. #1 I made huge show until I hit my floor Matts #2 I was buying 2025. Why would I buy 2024? Thats the biggest lie so yes after everything and I came to sign the paperwork the Hussler fake sales person and the whole dealership its all fake they all hustlers he tells me its 2024 because you get a better discount I was like but Im looking forward to 2025 so my point is is the game is how they make you buy the 2024 but he acted like it was 2025 and he told me youre very picky with the scratches. I mean Im buying a brand new car. I did not buy a used car and with their email that I just showed you. Hes telling you people we could take a look at the little scratches listen understand the language he said we could take a look at it, but I send you a video on the day the delivery of the car showing them the scratches so how come our business bill didnt do nothing about this. Thats a shame. this is a shame on Better Business Bureau. This is triple X shame on you.

    I purchased a brand new vehicle on September 14 2023 from Parkway Toyota in Englewood. I paid cash for the vehicle. At the point of payment I was informed that one of the keys was missing for the vehicle and that Toyota Corporate or the service department would get in touch with me regarding getting the replacement key. Despite this I took delivery of the vehicle. I have now learned that it will take 4-6 months to receive the missing key. The dealership and the salespersons including the managers were all aware of this issue prior to the point of sale but mentioned nothing. I certainly would never have purchased the vehicle with only one key. If I lose the key I would have to bear the cost of getting vehicle towed to a dealership to then purchase another key. Whats ironic is that the service department has keys for sale for my vehicle for $500 which I can pick up immediately. I even offered to pay for an additional key now as long as I was reimbursed when the key from Toyota Corporate showed up in 6 months time. The dealership said that there was nothing they could do to help. It is appalling that the dealership is knowingly selling vehicles with only one key and not telling customers that they wont receive their second key for about 6 months.

    *************** was informed of only  getting one key at delivery as it came up at the time of delivery of his vehicle. Toyota is only sending one key with some vehicles due to supply shortages and has informed dealers they will be sending the additional key to the customer as quickly as possible. ************** is one of many customers nationwide that this has occured with.

    My vehicle was serviced for a torque converter. At the time toyota did a software update. They did not have my address in the system and I did not receive the letter regarding the expiring date. Now they wont cover it.

    We have researched this complaint and we have not found any record of this customer ever having visited ******************. It is a cutomers responsibility to update an address with Toyota motor company furthermore we as a dealership don't issue recalls the factory does so this matter is between the customer and ********************** ************** We did attempt to reach this customer but did not make contact. 

    Please re instate us in good standing, any other questions fell free to contact me.
