Was promised 0 Fee return (based on existing condition) from Sales Representative,*********. End up paying both final 2months + acquisition fee. Which is 5% of the residual value of the car. Might have gotten it easy than a so-called "free return"

This is regarding a dispute I would like to initiate with Benzel Busch dealership in *********, **. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on Feb 24th and got it shipped from ** to *******, **. They gave a temporary tag expiring on Mar 31st. I was following up with them since I bought the vehicle regarding registration and they failed to do it in time leaving me with an expired tag since 1st of April. I have tried multiple times to reach out to the sales person and his sales manager regarding this and they have minimal to no response. I filed a complaint with ********(Case Number 2-38952582824) as well regarding this prompting the sales person to respond saying that it is with ** DMV and they cannot project the timeline.

I went into Benzel-Busch at the end of March to have an issue with my car repaired. My partner and I had gone to ChickFilA and iced tea spilled all over my middle console. I immediately called Benzel-Busch to set up an appointment for them to fix my middle console, the apple carplay, and the latch on my middle console glove box because they had all gotten very sticky with the spill. I spoke with a person by the name of John P***** who informed me because this was a personal incident, my insurance wouldn't cover this and I'd need to pay out of pocket. I agreed and when my car was scheduled for pickup, paid the dealership service center and left. In the days between receiving my car back and noticing the repair, I realized the buttons on my middle console were still sticky. I asked my wife to also check who notified me that yes they were. We also checked inside the glove box and the iced tea with lemon flakes were still at the bottom of the box which means that the team either didn't clean my car well or never replaced all the pieces. I called Benz and let them know of the situation and asked for them to check out my car again. Some time passed and as of recently I had a tire malfunction which prompted me to call them again and I again mentioned the issue. I brought my car back in, explained the situation to the team. The team looked at my car and refused to help because they claim "theres new liquid spilled in the car". I have driven my car all of 2 times between getting it back and I also haven't had any new liquids in my car since the incident. The photos they sent over point me to believe they never replaced the console so I'm not sure what I paid $1600 dollars for. All I want is for the actual repairs to take place and to not pay the team another $1600 when the original issue was not handled properly. They refused to investigate the quality of their labor and accused me wrongfully of repeating the incident with my car.

On July 27, 2021 I entered a consumer credit transaction with dealership Benzel-Busch-Busch Motor Car Corp. for a finance of a 2021 ************* S580v4 VIN: *****************, I filled out the application and then was required by *********************** a Finance Manager a downpayment in cash of $10,000 as a condition to the consumer credit transaction in which at the time I had no idea it was a violation of 15 U.S.C. 1605(a) - the finance charge shall be determined as the *** of all charges, meaning *** of all, *** means the total, so the grand total of everything I should have been charged nothing should come after it. It also clearly states that the FINANCE CHARGE does not include charges of a type payable in a comparable cash transaction, meaning you should not be charging me for any form of cash, cashiers check, wires, etc. this transaction was paid for by credit and this contract is proof. This vehicle was purchased on credit, yet I was coerced and deceived into making a $10,000 cash down payment, when there should be no cash in a credit transaction. then sent out on three separate occasions letters exercising my Right to ********************** to dealership Benzel-Busch-Busch Motor Car Corp. I have informed them of the fact that I had in good faith exercised my right to rescission 15 U.S.C. 1635(a) due to the fact that I at the time of entering the consumer credit transaction was uninformed 15 U.S.C. 1601(a) Congress promotes the informed use of credit by consumers, so that consumers can avoid the uninformed use of credit and to protect from inaccurate and unfair credit billing. I at the time of entering this consumer credit transaction was unaware of the cost of credit. There is no evidence of indebtedness other than the contract, which is null and void due to fact that I was unaware and never received adequate notice 15 U.S.C. 1602(k) as I was given a computer-generated contract/agreement which was not clear and conspicuous.

On 6-20-22 I sold my 2019 ******** **** S560 to Benzel-Busch (BB) for $61,000 with no contingencies. I had purchased this car from them a few months earlier for $80,000 total. I gave them a check for $35,000 and they obtained an approved $45,000 loan from ******** As with all such purchases they would not allow me to take the car without FULL payment. When I sold it back to them, the salesman told me that "they would take care of "everything". He came on 6/20 with another tech person who checked the car over and stated "it was in excellent condition".He filled-in a "CHECK REQUEST" document, showing the $61K purchase price, less the $44,125.46 loan payoff, leaving $16,874.54 balance due me. He stated and assured me a number of times that BB would issue the check on 6/23/22 and drove-off with my plates stating they would return them to the *** asap.I accepted these assurances because I thought that BB being a multi-million dollar long established local business was trustworthy. That unfortunately, is the opposite of what they have proven to be.On 6/23 i called to find out the time and location to pick-up the check they said that I must return the other key which I told them I could not locate. They also said that I must wait for ******* to send them the title which could take weeks or months. As when I bought the car from them, I OWNED it when I pulled out of their lot. Ownership passed back to them when it left my driveway 6/20.The car is their property and obtaining the title is their problem TOTALLY!My wife is Handicapped and suffering other serious illnesses. I have depression and an undiagnosed condition. We are senior citizens who cant believe the kind of treatment we are receiving. As further evidence of the lowlife character of these "managers", they have told me and the police that the salesman is a "Moron"; even though he did everything correctly, showing them to be the morons by screwing-up a simple transaction and creating an enemy for life.

I made an appointment for service over the phone and was not advised that they began all vehicles now require a $350.00 diagnostic check before service could be performed. At appointment on 6-7-22 I was first informed about the fee and diagnosic check. I was forced to sign a release for the diagnosis check at $350. Turned out the diagnostic check was not necessary and possibly never performed? They can not prove they performed this check? After keeping my vehicle for 8 days. They performed no service on my vehicle and on June 15, 22 they forced me to pay almost $400. For the diagnostic check. And For no service to my vehicle. It seems like a scam. I called 5 other ******** dealers in **********. All state they never perform a diagnostic check unless the service light is lit on the dash board which was not on in my vehicle. I believe I was scammed by Benzel Busch ********. I attempted to contact management by phone and email but management numbers and emails are simply not listed and no management would get on the phone with me. This is to force payment even if your vehicle does not need service. Its a service fee which is not a ******** policy. They are the absolute worst. I would like the diagnostic fee refunded.
