    The service department here is awful. I left my car three times for the same problem, but they didn't even look at the issue, conveniently stating that the car does not have the problem I raised. Although they will fix all recall issues (for which they already got paid by ****), they don't seem to care about all other problems. Please do not waste your time and money there. Avoid Ford of Englewood at all costs.

    Stay away from Ford of Englewood Service or ********. Brought our **** Explorer in for a recall which was sanctioned by **** Motor Company. After they performed this recall they were supposed to perform a rear wheel alignment. This was not properly done and this caused unusual wear on my rear tires and they had to be replaced. They will not acknowledge that they made an error and will not pay for the replacement tires. My letters and complaints to them have been ignored. **** Motor Company and Ford of Englewood have passed the buck back and forth with a general statement saying they currently do not have a program that would cover this. Poor attitude from both Ford of Englewood and **** Motor Company. Will never buy another ****

    DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR ! They are stealing customers money. I don't know if it's because I'm a female or if it's because I'm a BLACK FEMALE. Paid $***** to get a clutch and a control module that was under warranty. **** held my car for almost two months. They don't offer a loaner or anything to assist you with while they have your vehicle for a long amount of time. Fixed my car in March of 2022 Transmission kept reading HOT ! Here it is August 2022 car is broke down again with the same problem. My car broke down in Virginia and had to be left in Virginia because I could not drive it back up to **********. The **** in Virginia told me the part that needed to be fixed had been on back order for a whole entire year , so now we wondering how they retrieved that part so fast? Rip off , they stole my money ************************* the service Manager is in co ***** with the mechanic and their stealing hard working customers money. I'm a single mother with 3 kids I paid ***** dollars to get car fixed and they never fixed it!!!! I can't get a loaner and I'm going to be out of a car for months . Do not take your car here it's a patch up shop. The general manager ****** is also a very nasty old man , very nasty they don't value their customers at all. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO FORD OF ENGLEWOOD FOR ANY TYPE OF REPAIR WORK! This franchise would of been out of business if it wasn't for the millions of dollars they received from the *** loans and from ripping of customers !
