      Wow....I should have read the reviews before ordering as well! What an absolute FRAUD of a company. I ordered six care packages and not one has been delivered. My son should have received (2) at this point. Customer ********************** is the worst I've ever experienced, as no one has returned phone calls, emails, anything. I'm sure my son couldn't care less about getting a care package, but we thought as a family he'd enjoy them, along with the sappy notes I wrote on every spot possible. How is this company still in business?! And, how about a negative star? They don't deserve 1 star. How am I going to get my money back??

      Terrible, They shorted our order and refuse to compensate or send the missing item. They were paid in full in July 2022, it is now November 2022 and still nothing. They definitely are not a company I would ever recommend and I would advise anyone to look elsewhere for college items.

      ZERO STARS!! Ordered the 4pack care packages, received the welcome package but never received the Halloween one, and Im pretty sure the others will not be delivered either. Ive left messages with no call back and emails with no response. I demand a refund for the rest of my packages. They are not BBB affiliated!! DO NOT purchase from OCM!

      We bought a college package for my daughter this Summer. Only half of the merchandise arrived and it was all very poor quality. When I asked them where the rest was, they said I received it which was incorrect. I was so dissatisfied with the quality and wanted to return it. When we went to send the box back, it cost $111.00 to return their low quality merchandise. Note, I never even received the entire package that I paid for. They did give me a refund for merchandise but I wanted a refund for shipping costs. They said they were going to refund the shipping charges. I kept following up and they kept saying the issue is being escalated and will get back to me. After a while, they just stopped communication. After following up one last time, they told me they would not issue a refund. This company is a ripoff! Not only is the quality horrible, but their customer ********************** is even worse! Horrible company! Colleges should not be promoting this company.

      STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a diploma frame on 08/17/2022, order #******. It is now 11/07/2022 and I still do not have the frame or a refund. I've reached out by email and called in several times. The answering machine service sends you through a tree and eventually tells you to email customer ********************** and hangs up. Terrible service and no refunds.

      Bought a 4 care pack package for my son at ************-and it has been a struggle from day one! Had to contact company and show receipt just to get the welcome pack delivered and now-No Halloween Package!! It is very hard to get in contact with them as now I just want a refund on the 3 packages that I paused for as I have no confidence that he will receive as the school says he is not on the list from OMC. Very disappointed and hope IT will not use them in the future.

      IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. They ruined my daughters first birthday at college and away from home by failing to deliver any of the treats I ordered for her. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER ********************** - left on hold constantly. No follow up emails, no receipts after purchase, NOTHING left as a paper trail against them (after the fact, now I know why). I had to call three times to get a confirmation/order number. Then I was given two tracking numbers for "her order" - and when I checked them on ****** they were both for orders that were shipped before she even moved into her dorm!!?? When I questioned that, the supervisor said they contract out to 3rd party vendors and they can't control when things are shipped??!! I've NEVER heard such BS!! I was promised a refund and got nothing from them - had to contact my credit card and file a dispute. Save yourself from the headaches - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - TOTAL SHAM. Great concept, horrible execution...

      Horrible. I was told multiple times that the package I ordered was shipped. My daughter never received it. One excuse after another with this company. A complete rip off. Colleges should not market this company.

      I should have started here. and read the reviews before I ordered from them. Over two weeks later and no package delivered. So much for a welcome package! Very upsetting. Now how to get my money back and make my own?!?!

      Terrible customer **********************!! I've emailed and called, been left on hold and have been told they do not care and have no intention of resolving the issue. "***" has told me they have "no way" to refund me the shipping cost of twelve dollars...?? ***** replied to my email assuring me I.T. was working on the shipping issue, *** has no idea what I.T. problems ***** was referring to. Disappointed ANY college recommends them.
