It has been a nightmare dealing with Cenlar. I originally got a loan through a company called New Rez, LLC starting on September 1st, 2021 where my first payment was deducted through escrow. They received payments for October and November and sold my loan to Cenlar. Since then, Cenlar has deducted two payments for December and January and claim the amount that was paid to New Rez for November has not been paid showing me delinquent and behind for one month. I have wasted so much time calling them weekly to follow up, have faxed documents showing that it was paid to the previous company, opened a dispute number and nothing has been done. They keep sending me sttements showing one month has not been paid. Last time I called, I was advised it is my responsibility to track the money and the old company states that since I no longer have an account with them it is Cenlar's responsibility to follow up to clear this matter. To make it worst, Cenlar has a fax number on their website to send documents and inquiries to that is out of order and does not exist and had to fax it to a different number not listed. Working with this company has been a nightmare and is causing me emotional and physical distress in addition to worrying about my excellent credit getting tarnished in the process. They have asked me to double pay until the issue is resolved but I have no faith in this company and feel that once I double pay I will not get get credit for it.Initial Complaint

original loan was ****** in **** by *********** line of Credit) and then sold the loan to Cenlar bank in November 2019. Prior to transferring over to Cenlar. I have requested all statements , starting from **** to 2019, on 10/23/2009. They cannot produce the statements from the years **** to 2009, due to retention period. I have contacted them several times through the past 3 years for further statements on those dates, they they referred me back to Cenlar. My balanced never changed. I paid as of this date: *********. I am missing those statements and feel that my loan is paid off. I keep getting the run around with Cenlar, as well with ********** I feel that ********* sold my Loan to them , because they Messed up and Cenlar has taken over. I have stopped payment on April of 2021. Balance with Cenlar is ********* , which does not make sense. I have called and spoken with Cenlar many times and last I have spoken with them , was around Nov/ Dec 2021 and All they do is threatened me in collection. They also mention a home that I sold back in 2017 , to take a house I no longer own and they are ruining my good credit standing. can you help
