Continuing from prior complaint....Before **** had promised to have an answer he informed me that the new engine was put into my car but my car was now making a loud knocking noise that they couldn't figure out and that a *** specialist was coming to take a look, that's when he told me he will have an answer by Tuesday of following week....On September 9th I went to dealer **** was in a meeting once again because the night before the dealer was broke into and a lot of cars was broken into as well. I asked can I get something out my car, it took them 30 minutes to locate my car way in the back of the lot. I finally got to see my car after a long 4 months it was soo dirty my trunk was a disaster the inside of my car have a bad odor and turning brown on the inside I proceeded to start my car and to my surprise the same warning lights was being displayed on dash and I still was getting the message to turn off engine immediately!! I begin to cry I never in my life experienced anything like this in my life and none of this was going on with my car before I brought in to ***. 4 month gone by and I still don't have *** car but I have to still pay 350 dollar car payment and 300 dollar insurance. At this point I feel like I don't know what else to do I'm begging for help and answers.

Back in May I called the dealership to see about upgrading my car, they told me that my car had a recall on the engine and to bring in the shop to get the recall fix. A week later I took my there they kept my car the whole entire day, around 5:30 pm ****** called and told me my called pass recall and my car was in great condition and to come pick it up. I had my car for about 40 minutes before all the warning lights came on dash my car was saying cut engine off immediately. I had to get the car towed to my house and then towed to dealership in morning. *** said it actually was my engine and they had to reach out to cooperate because the day prior my car passed recall. They gave me a loaner car for about a month during this time I called *** a number of times to check on my car I kept being told engine was on backorder. After a month of having loaner I got pulled over due to registration and insurance being expired on the loaner vehicle they had giving me to drive in. **** the manager at the time told me to bring the car and they switched me to a rental car from enterprise. 2 months after my car been just sitting there **** called to tell me engine has arrived but my battery was completely dead and that I will have to purchase a new battery before they can fix my car. I was so confused on why I had to pay for a battery when my battery was perfectly fine when I brought in to *** not to mention it was sitting for 2 months straight. I was told *** don't cover batteries and I had no choice but to pay for it if I wanted to get my car fixed. 3 more weeks goes by of me calling and not getting any answers when I finally talked to someone ****** and **** had left the company and I was transferred to **** the new Manager of the dealership, he promised me that he will have an answer for me the follow Tuesday. I called 5 days straight he was in meeting every single time. On sept 9th I went to dealer he was in meeting again I asked to see my car took them 30 minutes to locate car
