    I started financing a vehicle from Executive auto sales on the 15th of June, ***** signing all of the papers the sales agent failed to tell me that the bank wanted a $****.00 down payment for the car, keep in mind that I told him I only had ***** dollars to put down. So now Im stuck having to pay an extra 500 dollars for a car because the sales guy didnt tell me the bank wanted **** until after the payment was sent and the papers were signed. A month later, Im having battery problems with the ************ a gps locator connected to the battery thats no longer good to use. The locator is also draining the battery. Ive only had the car for a month and I shouldnt be going through this many problems with a car thats should be in tip top shape.

    customer complaint regarding down payment which is wrong. she was told about that clearly and is mentioned in contract and signed by customer. called customer and resolved the confusion she had and provided a compensation money for the battery she complaint. problem is resolved now and customer is satisfied.

    I am rejecting this response because: My complaint was not wrong, this company tried to take advantage of me because Im a female and this is my first time financing a car. It took the owner several weeks to resolve my problem instead, he was rude and nasty; he also hung up on me when I was expressing the matter with the car. Th e owner didnt take action until I mentioned calling my attorney. This car was not in the best shape when it was sold to me. The battery needed a replacement, the gas tank was not filled when I left off the lot. The salesman also failed to mention that the total down payment was **** until all of the paperwork was finished. Id like for my complaint to stay up because these people dont understand the value of selling a car all the owner cares about is the money.

    AFTER GOING THROUGH THE COMPLAINT IT LOOKS LIKE THAT CUSTOMER HAD 2 COMPLAINTS. 1, BATTERY 2, GAS TANK WAS NOT FILLED. 3, DOWN PAYMENT NOT MENTIONED. ANSWER FOR 1: CUSTOMER COMPLAINT ABOUT THE BATTERY AND I SWAP THE BATTERY FROM ANOTHER CAR SAME DAY MY SELF WHEN SHE CAME AND COMPLAINT. SECOND TIME SHE CALLED AND MENTIONED SHE NEED A BRAND NEW BATTERY NOT USED. AT THAT TIME I WAS OUT OF COUNTRY AND THERE WAS 12 HOURS TIME DIFFERENCE. I RESPONDED HER OVERSEAS CALL AND PROMISSED HER TO PICKUP $100 FROM MY OFFICE AS COMPENSATION SO SHE CAN BUY A NEW BATTERTY RATHER THAN WAITTING FOR ME TO COME BACK. CUSTOMER DID RECEIVED $100 FROM MY OFFICE AS PROMISSED. ANSWER FOR 2: OUR DEALERSHIP ONLY PROVIDE QUARTER TANK FILL FOR ALL USED CARS. ANSWERFOR 3: $2500 DOWN PAYMENT IS MENTIONED ON FINANCE CONTRACT AND WAS TOLD TO CUSTOMER.

    I am rejecting this response because: The owner is telling lies, I never received 100$ as promised the dealership gave me an ultimatum either theyd take 100 dollars off of my down payment which was **** or they pay for the faulty battery. As a smart business move I went with taking the 100$ off of the remainder of the balance. If the owner wouldve purchased a new battery in the first place we wouldnt of had any problems. Following his lack of accountability he was also very rude and told me if I had anymore problems to simply stop making payment as if I dont need my car to maneuver. I currently have a used battery in my **** Buick that was sealed from a Buick that was on the lot. None of my problems were resolved the proper way. Let the owner tell it he did the best he could but from my perspective he didnt try he did a lousy job at taking care of my problems I feel as if he just wanted to get me out of his way even if that means cheating me in the process.
