I initially was supposed to move to and signed for **** but they moved me because the unit was ready to ***. I have the first and second year lease, signed. I live in and pay rent at ***. Now I have to go to court on the 27th for **** I’ve tried reaching out via call and emails multiple times with no answer. Latest court notice was posted on the front door of building and I’m embarrassed! I need help!

I signed a lease for an apartment managed by West Of Hudson Properties. Prior to move in, I was promised the broken open window in the unit would be fixed. On my move in day, my number was blocked and my calls and texts were ignored by West Of Hudson Properties as I was trying to retrieve my keys. Someone named ******* called me from a random number at 6 PM and said he had my keys. He delivered the keys to me outside of the building and swiftly left. I walked into my unit and it was in unlivable conditions. The window was still broken open, AC/HEAT was broke, hazardous wires coming out of the walls and much more. I have been ignored by everyone at West Of Hudson Properties about these issues and I still cannot live in this apartment as it in still in unlivable conditions (I HAVE PROOF OF EVERYTHING I.E TEXT SCREENSHOTS, PHOTOS). This is a nightmare. I have reached out to West Of Hudson Properties multiples times via email, text and call to have these repairs done and nothing has been done. I will be resorting to getting the service done by a third party out of my own pocket and deducting the dollar amount from my rent. Everyone West Of Hudson Properties is extremely unprofessional and I believe the building my apartment is in also has a bunch of code violations regarding safety in the building.
