      Purchase reclining love seat and soft in July. It was delivered in October with a very foul smell. Huffman Koos came out and sprayed Resolve Fabric Refresher and said if the smell persist call back. I have attempted to call now for over one month and have not received a resolution. The furniture could be a health hazard with this odor. I have made repeated calls into their customer service manager *********************************** and Mr. ****** Macarolla. I have also sent emails to Huffman Koos customer service and also to *** ****** the sales person, all to no avail.

      Purchased a Dining set on October 9, 2021 and was told at the time it could be 10 to 12 weeks for delivery and I had absolutely no issue with that. On the back of the receipt I was made to initial that if I wanted to cancel for any reason I had to do it within 72 hours of a scheduled delivery. I went back to the store in person on Saturday November 6, 2021 and asked for a refund as I had decided to go with a different set somewhere else. I am well within their refund guidelines as the set I ordered is still not in stock. I was told I would be contacted by a manager so my refund could be "Approved". I called back on Sunday and I was told again a Manager would contact me to "Approve" my refund and I received no call. I called again on Monday and was once again told I would be called by the manager and still no call. I want my money back!!

      We purchased a couch in the spring and my wife was told delivery can be done on Saturday., October 2nd.Last week my wife confirmed a delivery date of Saturday, Oct 2. On Thursday, 9/30 received a message the couch was being deliver Friday, October 1. I made 4 calls to tell them this is the wrong delivery Dre. The delivery people came to my house, oct 1 and no one was home. I made numerous calls to the store and left messages. We were told there would be an additional delivery charge and they no longer deliver on Saturdays. Because of this deception, I want a Saturday delivery or full refund.Thank you.

      I purchased a bedroom set from Huffman Koos for $2994.68. I ordered it on March 8, 2021 and received the furniture on July 9th. I notified the company within 48 hours regarding defects and damage to the furniture. I have called the company, sent e-mails as well as pictures. After contacting them at least 20 times, they set up an appointment. I had to wait four months-this was the soonest appointment they had available. They were supposed to come to my home today, September 29th and said they would call the day before to give me a window of time when they would arrive. I never heard from them. I then went on the website to their texting portal and left them a message and still have not heard from them. One of the dressers and both night stands are damaged. My credit card was charged before delivery so I had no recourse. I would like a replacement of both night stands and the dresser. Customer #********, Sale #*********. Thank you.

      We ordered furniture in March 2021. We were told it would take 20 to 24 weeks. We had no problem with that but now I am trying to find out where my furniture is because were way past that date and I cant get an answer from anybody. The girl who answered the phone in Farmingdale is very rude and nasty all I want is my furniture or my money back

      SECOND COMPLAINT TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU PURCHASE: SEPT 2020 ***** LIVING SOFA AND LOVESEAT LEATHER POWER RECLINER ON SEPT 2020 , I PURCHASED A LIVING ROOM SET AND LEFT A DEPOSIT OF ****** AS OF TODAY 08/2021 I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THIS SET OR A REFUND. I HAVE CONTACTED MANAGERS, SO CALLED CORPORATE OFFICE AND THE RECEPTIONIST THAT KNOW NOTHING APPARENTLY OF WHAT'S GOING ON. NOBODY CAN GIVE ME AN ANSWER. THE EXCUSES ARE CONSTANT, THE WEBSITE JUST SENDS YOU AN EMAIL NOT THEM , THE AUTOMATED TEXT IS A SCAM, THEY DO NOT SHOW MY TRANSACTION ON THEIR WEBSITE ALTHOUGH I HAVE PROOF OF PAYMENT. I DID SOME RESEARCH AND FOUND THAT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU HAS YET TO RECEIVE AN ANSWER FROM THEM FOR ANY COMPLAINTS FILED. THIS IS A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS AND HAS A REALLY BAD REPUTATION AND SEVERAL COURT CASES. I AM LOOKING TO GET A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM FOR ALL THEIR FRAUD AND DECEPTION. PLEASE HELP! THERE HAS TO BE A GREATER POWER.
