      Basically a scam company. I ordered a chandelier. I was charged immediately but it never shipped. Called and was told it was out of stock and would be arriving in a few weeks. I agreed to wait but the time passed. I called to cancel and they tried to give a discount but couldnt tell me when it would ship. I cancelled and they said 1-3 days for the refund. Got an email that says 1-3 days for refund. Week later - no refund. I think they are trying to get past the time limit for me to dispute the charge on my credit card.

      Absolutly the worest customer service ever. They give you the run around for weeks. They say they will refuned money they owe but then they dont. Told us for 3 days they would then finally said that they couldnt do it and would only send money thru venmo. Also asked for them to send check but they said they do not write checks at all. Finally we told them that we were going to file a fraud against them and they said fine to do it. They just give the run around and lie lie lies. Do not do business with them. The head of the company needs to be more aware of what is going on with everything and how shady the employees are.**wanted to leave negative stars**

      Hi,Upon checking our system the customer's card has expired so our refund wasn't able to go through but she did get her money back in the end by calling the credit card to get it done.Thank you!

      A fraud company. Buyers beware. I have been going back and forth with the dispute due to their lack of not paying me a refund for an order that was canceled due to not in stock. a fraud company

      Order Number ********. Ordered on July 10th 2024. Emailed 8/13 to find out where the item was at only to be told it was on backorder (no message stating that prior). The company said it would be mid September and it is now November 10th with no communication and still no fan. Steer away from this company. Requested a refund.

      They charged my credit card immediately and only after I contacted them a week later about shipping information was I told the item was back ordered.I asked for a refund and after waiting over a week they issued three separate refunds with reversals on all three of them. When I called to question this I was told that their system rejected each refund. I was issued another refund which had a reversal appear on my credit card the following day!I am contacting my credit card company to dispute the original charge.This place is a complete scam!

      *********************! I ordered an Chandlier in January 2024 expecting a delivery within 3-7 days. I emailed them three weeks later and the item was backordered until February 2024. I called in March 2024 and was told it was still on backorder until May 2024. I called the end of May and was told that the backorder was pushed to July 2024. I called in July and due to a production issues, it was backordered again until September 2024. In August I cancelled my order. I received email confirmation on August 14, 2024, that my order was in fact cancelled. But...where is my refund? After multiple calls and emails, I was informed by Gallery that there was a system error when issuing my refund and to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. The credit card company was not forthcoming to credit my card because the charge initiated eight months prior. After submitting all my correspondence, several phone calls and two dispute denials later, I finally received my credit from ****************. GALLERY CHANDELIERS aka GALLERY HOME CENTER WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY UPFRONT AND NEVER SEND YOUR MERCHANDISE. YOU HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Thankfully, I keep excellent records.***** *.

      Absolute scam. We ordered about 4 months ago and called to follow up multiple times. In all cases they assured us the product was in the process of being shipped. They never shipped it and managed to delay us each time. We eventually called to cancel, and they indicated they were unable to process a refund for the two orders that had not been shipped yet. They began the first refund, which showed up as "Pending" and was then removed the following day. When we called to follow up, they said the refund was rejected. As if the credit company would reject a ********* the end, we had to dispute it with the credit card company. This company is a complete scam that will hold onto your money as long as possible.

      Placed an order $329 in mid July; the web site said 3~7 days shipping. They ghosted me, no chandelier, no email, nothing. After a few weeks, I wrote to them asking them to cancel the order and refund my payment. They responded by telling me it was just a temporary back-order problem, but if I wanted a chandelier right away they have one for $670. Sure smells like bait-and-switch to me. Still waiting to see the refund.

      Placed an order for a ceiling fan.Sent message to see where the order was and was informed that is was back ordered. I asked for a refund and was told on April 22nd that it will take 24 - 48 hours to be refunded.Sent another message and was told On May 2nd it will take 10 days to get my money back.What happened to the 24 - 48 hours on April 22nd?Still have not received refund on my credit card.

      Well, shame on me for not reading the reviews before placing my order. They lied about the timing of availability by over a month. THEN - I open the boxes to install them in a high end senior living facility - TOTAL JUNK. Will not provide a refund. These people need to be shut down.
