1 starSomeone below me said Way2Go gives the worst customer service ever Id just like to FIND the customer service, to GET bad service! Oh there is a customer service # on the back of my card.. but theres absolutely NO way you can speak to anyone and theres no button options for any issues to get help, BESIDES if you have a lost or stolen card. Thats it! *** had this card for receiv*** child support for about 10 years. Ive only ONCE been able to get into that account ( for that day only ) and that was after research***, reddit-*** & actual investigat*** for like 2 weeks try*** to find another number I could call to contact SOMEBODY about my account.. and idk how I did it but a number was suggested somewhere. So I tried it and the lady was so kind. She did get me into my account and I was able to do my taxes that year. But again the next time I signed in, it said the usual youve exceeded your maximum attempts to log in after my first time try*** So I was back to square one, but I got the document I needed, so I didnt care. THAT was like 3-5 years ago. When I can call the number and get my balance, it tells me, so I havent needed the account until now when its tax time again.. and i dont have time to put in a 2 week investigation into the REAL number to customer service! So.. Im hop*** my local branch can just close the account and do direct deposit. They SHOULD call the number on the back of the card Partial Automated Services because thats all it is. The only services a customer can get by push*** options 1-6 is to cancel your card & have another one sent, or request paper mail or email monthly updates. Noth*** important, and ABSOLUTELY NO help steer*** you on where to find those helpful options either! Good luck everyone.. cuz what a mess! The number on the backReview fromLaura C

1 starConduent is not trustworthy, unresponsive, and unprofessional, and provides the worst service I have experienced. They should not be given government contracts. Doing so is a disservice to taxpayers.Review fromKayla J

1 starabsolutely awful program. way to go Indiana you ****. You want a live person save yourself the headache off the hours trying to get to an actual person. when asked for your card # just enter all zeros **********. Yeah whoever answers will have to verify some info with you to look up your account. Ignore their crappy attitude for having to do this. the website and the app have different logins and platforms are so crappy that a high schooler could build something more useful. Their cards don't hold up and when yours quits working be prepared to pay a $15 fee to get your card in under 5 days. Free took 3 weeks last time. I live paycheck to paycheck and going without income for weeks just isn't do-able. do better upgrade your app and website, then put an option to speak to a representative on your call options.Review fromEly L

1 starThe company regularly engages in wage theft of their employees by forcing non exempt employees to perform work related tasks off the clock They also tell you it's a full time position at your interview and have been deducting 4-16 hours per paycheck since about May this yearReview fromKerry O

1 starIf I could provide a 0, I would as that would be most accurate. This is a money laundering set up as they are in with multiple government agencies and advertise themselves as a provider for cardholders to "faster access to funds". Which couldn't be further from the truth. They have done nothing but put obstacles in the way to access the funds. Every other banking institution has an electronic way to verify access to initiate a bank transfer to a new account, yet they require a picture of your photo ID, a letter from your banking institution confirming PUBLIC information (I have no idea why they need a special letter for a routing number), and a bank statement with your account data. Why a voided check won't work is beyond me. There is NO communication as to how this process works, the knowledge base is behind a login page that is ACTIVELY BROKEN, there's NO IT SUPPORT help to notify them of the issue and you can't actively call a help line for assistance. You have to trick their IVR and select an option that doesn't make sense in order to get a human being on the line. Even then, I've had to escalate to management after 8 weeks of attempting a simple bank transfer. Each time my ID verification was denied, there was no reason provided back to me as to why, just silence. (Although their website says they'll reach out with questions/concerns if the transfer is unsuccessful.) Honestly, it's EASIER TO VOTE IN A REPUBLICAN STATE THAN VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY WITH THESE CLOWNS!!!This is a fraud and I wouldn't be surprised if they were stashing all these unemployment benefits in high yield savings accounts and making a killing off these people who are actively TRYING to get their money and, like insurance companies, denying them because it's in their own best interest. It's a scam and an absolute tax (mental, physical and financial) on the poor. States, Way2Go and their parent company Conduent Corporation should be ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED of themselves.Review fromGREGORY T

1 starThis has gone so far as to send me a screen shot of a conversation that supposedly happen between the CEO of the company I work for and their CEO. I confirmed with my CEO that he never had this conversation and that was the first he heard of such conversation. Then they also went further and sent me threatening emails that again supposedly being sent from my CEO. Those email are nothing but spam and so was the screen shot of the conversation. They are trying to get money out of me and because I wouldn't pay this is how they are resorting to getting funds from me. Somehow they managed to get my Sofi and Cashapp accounts closed. This company needs to be closed down for such activity.Review fromDerice M

1 starWorse company ever, they know that the cvr numbers are easy to rub off and they charge you $13 to expedite another one just for the numbers to rub off again needing to pay another $13 over and over again. This card exceeds the limit even when the card isnt use for days prior. It also declines when you have the funds to use. And the bank continues to not honor transaction. The agents cannot see my declined transaction. They need to go out of business or immediately fix these many problemsReview fromChristine H

1 starThis company works with federal agencies to assist families with monies being issues by government agencies. They do not provide services to help consumers to obtain their monies. My experience with this company has been HORRIBLE! I have over $3k in monies that I can not get deposited with out 1. Providing a bank statement 2. ID 3. Bank letter with letterhead 4. Paying additional fees to get my money. It took me days to find a number to actually speak to someone. I finally get a number and ever *** I have spoken to; they do not have skills fprbthe role they are performing. This company is supposed to HELP not HINDER people. They pass the **** and want to nickel *** dime YOUR money. As small as the charge is for transferring your money, when you multiple that by millions of people. It adds up to additional revenue. ******************* should remove these contracts from this company at this point, but then again the government probably really does not care. Headache off their plate.Review fromJamilah S
