      Horrible management company. Multiple emails to management regarding noise where I could not sleep for months. Nothing was done. Management never answered emails or returned phone calls. They were never working and couldnt get a hold of. Similar complaints by other residents here at ************. This is the reason they cant retain residents. Old run down units and discriminatory staff. Beware and stay away!

      If I could give 0 stars I would.We recently received a noise violation from tenants who are, ironically, frequent noise violators themselves. Despite our attempts to handle the situation maturely and communicate directly with our neighbors, they refused to cooperate and continued to disrupt our lives with noise at all hoursblaming their 8-month-old child for the disturbances. As someone who works early mornings, its unacceptable to deal with this level of noise, especially when the buildings insulation is so poor.For many months, weve been dealing with these ongoing issues, and its clear that Westminster Pillar Management is ineffective at handling resident concerns. Instead of resolving the problem, we were issued a violation and continue to be harassed by these tenants. Managements only suggestion was for us to move units, which is unfair given the circumstances, especially since it would require us to renew a new lease and pay more.Despite these tenants breaking multiple noise and lease violations, nothing has been done. Theyve had more than two guests staying beyond the allowed 14 days, yet theyre allowed to stay while were being forced to accommodate their noise. The assistant property manager initially promised to help, but the tenants escalated the issue to higher management, bypassing her completely.The ongoing harassment from the upstairs tenants has become unbearable, and its frustrating that the management company has turned a blind eye. While those in the leasing office tried their best to help, they were ultimately powerless against the childish behavior of these tenants and the indifference of higher management.I highly recommend avoiding any property managed by Westminster Pillar Management. Your concerns will not be resolved or dealt with fairly.

      Terrible you can never get anyone to fix anything correctly. They force upgrades on you without your consent. And when they break the property manager is nowhere to be found. Nothing is discussed with lower management. I assume they are there for decor.

      This is a pig sty! Besides lying to me when I rented that it was brand new, it was not & I can prove it with pictures. It took them months to put up polls in my closets so I could hang my clothes. Couldnt open until recently, doors stuck, bathrooms painted tub, dishwasher still not working. The latest is bugs in our washing machines. Also, no special parking for disabled tenants, only those they chose to give two Garages too. I asked & was denied, I am disabled. They have people fixing apartments that have no idea of what they are doing, except for one. There maintainer closet is a disaster with filt everywhere. There is so much more that I can tell you in the short 3 months that Ive been here. Also, they people on their main office are rude & dont care about the tenants needs. I have tons of ***************** to share if need be. I suggest that before you rent in this horrible place you do your research first.

      I had to select a star just to leave a review. I went to the office Saturday & spoke to the assistant manager, *****. She assured me that she was going to call me on Monday. Well its Monday & no call from her so I call her and spoke with *********. She said she will contact ***** to let her know to call me. No call back!I went to my guest bedroom to take pictures of what Im about to do-of the carpet that was never cleaned from last year flood. The carpet is stuck to the floor! Why? The pad was never replaced & the fan they used was placed on top of the carpet not under the carpet.If you want to stay at a place that no one listens to you, the emergency number for after hours does not work, old rotten apartments with mold for current residents and painted over mold for new residents with upscale prices-this is the place for you. My plans in the next few months to be out of this disgrace. The maintenance supervisor lies like hes breathing.Ive been lied to ever since this mess of what I called home for NOW became ****************. My carpet was never cleaned from last year when the 3rd floor unit leaked into my apartment. I had to beg just to get my hvac replaced then you all purchased the wrong one. I had to beg just to get the one for heat. In the midst of that, my carpet was STILL NOT CLEANED!Then a few months ago, the hot water tank leaked into the living room. My carpet was STILL NOT cleaned!!Ive been lied to for almost a year saying my carpet was going to be cleaned but it was NEVER WAS!!Now my apartment flooded because a person did something to his pipes and guess what! My apartment flooded again. My carpet was STILL NOT cleaned. Then a few days ago, I received a call about a blower??? Are you freaking kidding me!! Then I had to yet again missed work(morning) the next day to bring my key to be copied for the 7 or 8 time less than a year!Now Im came home to freaking soaked carpet again. Now, Im going to see which sweet lie Im going to be told.

      ******************** apartments need new management. Im constantly having problems with my move out process which my 60day ended May. They are trying to squeeze another 2k from me that i do t live there anymore

      Westminster Management deserves zero stars. I have had nothing but issues since moving into one of their apartments five years ago. The apartment I live in is spacious and we keep it well maintained. Unfortunately, there is no other complex in the area that I could move to and get the amount of space I have for what I pay right now and as a result they treat people however they like because they know that they won't or can't leave. I have been told multiple times while trying to remedy issues with them to "leave if I don't like it". One of their executives told me just the other day that I should leave because I am that "one resident that they just cannot please" despite the fact that they had an entire room full of people at their bogus "town hall" meeting telling them that they are incompetent and are not pleased. I have been exposed to safety concerns both criminal and health from one of the manager in their **************** I made a noise complaint about another tenant and she told them it was me which led to a two year war that almost ended in violence. They are all incompetent, especially the *** *******************. What else can you expect from a Kushner Corporation, run by *************************** son in law.

      i have roaches in my apartment and have had them for going on a year! I have sent videos and pictures and request pest control just about every friday as well. Lately they are getting worse and I send videos once if not twice a day to the front office and they stated that according to pest control there is no sign of activity. I have tried to tell them that roaches are nocturnal so they come out at night only which around 8pm-7am are the hours we see them and kill a ton of them! They are in my fridge and my dishwasher it is unsanitary and they will not move up my move out date just for 2 months nor will they compensate me besides a whopping ******. When I went to the front office and asked for corporate the girl rolled her eyes at me and then stated that they do not provide that number out to anyone! This is the worst company ever and they do not care about their tenants at all! i Just want to move out to be in a clean and safe environment for myself and my son! 2 months is nothing but instead they would rather us live in this unsanitary condition and I know it was a problem before i leased this one because when i moved in all the cabinets were open like they fumigated before. They offered to fumigate again but want me out of my home when i work from home but won't reimburse me for my time missed. I did ask for them to do this on a weekend however they said they don't work weekends so here we are. Now i am trying to pack and fumigate this on my own!
