    I am reaching out urgently to address the errors on my credit report caused by the unauthorized disclosure of my personal information to credit bureaus, which has resulted in significant financial and emotional hardship.According to 15 USC 1681 Section 602, I have the right to financial privacy, and I expect my information to be handled with strict confidentiality.Furthermore, as outlined in 15 USC 1681 Section 604(a)(2), a consumer reporting agency is not permitted to disclose account information without my explicit consent, which I have not given.The discrepancies linked to THRIFT INVESTMENT CORP have negatively affected my financial status, requiring immediate correction.Additionally, 15 USC 1666(b) prohibits creditors from marking credit card payments as late under specific conditions.Below are my account details for your reference: Account Number: ****** I urge you to conduct a thorough review of my account and promptly rectify these errors, ensuring strict compliance with federal laws.If these issues are not addressed in a timely manner, legal action may be pursued.     Based on the "customers statement of the problem", we are unsure of what information they are looking to rectify.  The customer signed an application for credit, and agreement to enter into a credit agreement.  This means a line of credit from us will be reported on their credit report.  The information reported on the credit bureau (Experian) is correct.  The account is paid and closed.  If the customer would like to further discuss how the credit is being reported, please contact ******** K at ********************.

    I co-signed for a auto loan for my son who moved out of town and who became uncooperative when contacted by Thrift Invesment for payments due. They contacted me when he became unresponsive, unfortunately, I had to make most of the payments to save my credit from being dragged down. In August 2024 upon making final payment & working with **** *********, Vice President ext 120 ******************************** I requested the title be mailed to my address which I provided. This was due to my son having move out of state over 2 years ago. **** said that would not be a problem, he took my address and made note on the account. Followed up in September and was told title would be mailed out 9/5/24. On 9/25/24 placed a follow up call to say I have not received the title, was informed by staff it was mailed to the address on file (my son's old address). They transferred the call to **** who became irate and said he did not put it in the mail and his team did not read the notes. He said the mail has not been returned and I can obtain a duplicate copy at DMV. Otherwise, I would have to wait for **** to return the mail whenever/and if this ever happens. Contacted ****** *****, Vice President ext 187 ********************************* who said let me check with ***** and returned to the phone to say they'd like for my son to contact them to discuss the title. The lack of professionalism and disrespect from a financing group just seems to me that needs to put out here.

    I purchased a card from ********************** attention *************************, I purchased the car from him the Thrift Investment corporation is the financing company the guy's name ****, I purchased the car from **** September the 5th by October the 5th the 4th the entire dashboard lit up I cannot register the car I cannot insure the car I cannot drive the car it will not pass inspection I have had this car on my property from September the 6th until today which is March the 8th 2024 September the 6th 2023 these people are harassing me for payments of a vehicle that I have sent ***** a reception of the contract I need for someone to let ********************** to leave me alone because I'm resending on the contract with the vehicle with the with the used dealer anyway and I need them to not harass me. When I purchase the vehicle the vehicle had ******* Mi right now today March the 8th 2024 it has $1,119 Mi on the vehicle the vehicle is not registered in my name because I cannot pass it through small it I mean inspection to get it registered to get it insured it has no coverage. The car has various issues from the axle to the the real main seal the turbocharged a major a major oil leak the axle is broken they must have taped it up or glued it together just for me to get around the corner. And I spoke with ***** and ***** agreed on the reception of the contract well we were supposed to speak to each other's lawyer to get the money refunded back to me and him and they come retrieve their vehicle and it's been since September the 19th of 2023.

    We are aware of the situation.  The customer purchased the vehicle as-is.  We have attempted to contact the customer,but he has not answered.  The dealer has also tried resolving this with the customer, but he has not answered.  The customer also needs to return the title back to the dealer (it was sent to the customer in error).

    On Tuesday 8/29 I received an random email from Thrift management from a David H********* There was no salutation in the email just I'm missing 4 months of payments, payment is due this weekend Call me(who speaks like that from a professional company) I called back immediately to inquire how is it possible to have 4 payments missing when they just cashed my last payment in July. I explained that I'm sorry for the delay and before I could get a word out this man starts to berate me along with yelling and mocking me as I spoke extremely unprofessional and volatile. I simply asked to please go back to all my payments to show me where I was missing 4 payments and he proceeded to tell me I have been late for years since I had my vehicle which that was a lie. I said the only payment my record show is for the month of August and September 2023 has not arrived yet. He started telling me that I was broke and could afford it and he's coming now to take my car. Who is this unprofessional misogynist, I asked myself. He was so busy yelling and talking over me that I had to ask is this how you speak to a female and he laughed and said I'm a female too and that how I talk to everyone and again mocking me. This disrespectful being was insulting and belittling me. My best course of action was to hang up because I didn't want to entertain such disgraceful behavior, I remained professional and simply hung up. Everything he stated to me was untrue and after hung up I got on the phone with my bank and also went as far back as my first payment years ago and indeed it only showed I was missing 2 months. I sent an email to him and told him don't ever call me because he would never speak to a man this way. He was a chauvinist and a condescending unprofessional bully who clearly hates women. I was bullied by him. He raised his voice as if he was trying to undermine me as a woman. So much that I pointed it out to him and told him this is harassment and I would take it further if he continued. well he continued and now I'm taking it further. I have asked for ALL my payment history records and was told he would mail it and the only thing I received was a bill of 1 month payment(??). Its my right to get my records and its my right to speak up when I'm being disrespected as a woman by an AGRESSIVE man who is BULLYING me. I have asked several times for my history and record of my loan etc and still have not received them or a reply. He emails me again today this is now his 5th or 6th harassing email and no salutation he just asked where can I meet you? I responded who is this and told him he's out of line in asking me where he can meet me. No professional establishment behaves this way. He has a personal vendetta against me (Again he's BULLYING ME) because I'm a woman) and he is holding my records as some form of malicious intent. He has broken every rule regarding business conduct and quite frankly I now think he will maliciously falsify my records due to his behavior. I want my original payment history and dates paid and check numbers and balance owed Immediately

    The customers account has been reviewed by upper management.  The customer is past due, in which they have received communication from us regarding that.  The customer has made multiple promises for payment in the past, and does not satisfy them.  Attached is the payment history as requested (which was also mailed out on 08/29/23).

    I have not received any payment history as of yet. I have been still waiting. Thank you BBB for sharing this info with me. I finally have what I have been asking for in weeks.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I have been making my payments on time each month. I called multiple times and don't receive a greeting, it's straight to "what's your account number" and I'm just confused on why we aren't able to view our payment history or current balance on our own accounts and that we have to wait for them to mail them. I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for them to send me a summary of my balance and payment history and when I explained it was an emergency and if I can get it through email all he said was no then hung up. If you can avoid them please save yourself from a headache and go somewhere else. My actual issue is that I called March 2 an requested a summary of my payment history and current balance, For some reason the customers only have the option to pay on their website but can't see the current balance or payment history. I called again March 10th informing them that I still have not received it and the gentleman said "well it was sent out, what do you want me to do", I decided to end the call because of the rudeness. March 13th comes and still no sign of the documents I requested. I asked if it can be sent out again and they said ok. It is now March 18th and I still have not received it and they won't even send a copy to your email although you verified your identification. I'm highly disappointed. I explained the importance of the documents and why I needed them.

    Called to get some clarity on a double payment, Both employees that I spoke to were very rude and malicious. There have been multiple complaints on ****** and nothing has been done.

    I have purchased this vehicle from thrift investment as my loan provider Then making payments been late a few times because of a hardship financially and today I received a phone call as well as my mom from the bank and **** spoke to me in a very aggressive way and called me a fraud because one of my payments did not go thru And so I asked him to speak to me politely and he wouldnt stop kept harassing me and kept calling me a fraud and a bouncer Also asked him to not call my mother she already aware of whats going on since she is the cosigner on the loan because of her health condition after that he refuses and he still called my mom stressing her out when she has really serious health issues The person named **** needs to understand that people have hard time financially and he should respect my request do not disturb my mom while shes sick.. please help me stop **** from harassing my *********************************** a fraud for missing a payment.. thank you .
