      Daman Associate served as an agent for the purchase of our worker's compensation. The policy was canceled in the spring of 2023. This was acknowledged by Amtrust in writing and the final payment was made. A few months after this policy was closed we started receiving different bills from Amtrust. We called Amtrust and we were told that the problem is with the agent. Daman representative told us it was a glitch in their system and it would be fixed but never heard back.After filing a complaint, an agent from Daman called and repeated the same promise to correct the wrong billing but never heard back from him either. I was surprised to see a comment from their company that the issue has been resolved. This issue has not been resolved and it is disheartening to see this company transact business this way. It would be appreciated if this billing issue is rectified. Another bill was received from them two days ago when we no longer hold a policy with them.
