I had a very negative experience with the owner of Brock farms(*****) a few months ago,i will try to shorten this long story the best i can, i made multiple purchases there around Christmas time,and one item in particular was defective/damaged , when i emailed her about it ,she tried telling me the defect was normal after sending her multiple pictures of the item, she was incorrect. I proceeded to ask for a discount for good measure being i did not live so close to return it, i also mentioned i would try to fix the damaged item,she basically told me i never mentioned to her I didnt live close and that i would try to fix the item for a discount and spoke to me very rudely telling me the last thing she wants to do in this life is disappoint me,she then told me not to worry about other customers as they do not concern me when i asked her if she always speaks to her customers so poorly, being a buisness owner myself i am very disturbed by how she handled things, i was very nice and have all the emails of this conversation, but i did not enjoy being spoke to that way, i simply emailed her about a damaged item and it turned into a whole thing and i felt as if i was conversing with a child. I do not care how long this place is in buisness you should never speak to a customer like that,especially a long time customer, i have spent quite a lot of money in there and have been going to that store for years as did my deceased mother and we have made lots of memories there,i am saddened i will not be going back there due to my experience with *****, there are many other things i can say about the emails but it would be just too long to write. She really needs a attitude adjustment, i hope she finds it for her other customers sake. Again very sad i will no longer be going there, it was a magical place for me and my mother.
