I paid $213 on April 15th for pool cleaning that was to be scheduled on 28th May. After I made the payment, almost impossible to get in touch with. Not responding to text messages nor calls. Decided to come open the pool when he felt like it and on his time instead of the time that I requested. Pool opening not done correctly. Pool left very dirty with Algae. Also left a pipe leak from the filter and did not come to fix it. Unable to get in touch with. It's been more than two weeks and the pool is unusable.

    Good evening -
This complaint was registered against America’s Swimming Pool Co. of Nashville, TN. Based on the consumer address, it appears this issue is with a different America’s Swimming Pool Co. in a different state. These are entirely separate businesses with separate owners and staff.

I am sorry for your experience with another company. I hope that the situation is resolved to your satisfaction. And I would be very grateful if this complaint could be removed from our BBB page.

    Thank you.
