    Our move from STL to ******* using this company was frustrating from start to finish. My daughter got a hard-sell to commit by the end of business that day for a better rate which should have been our first warning not to use this company. The movers who arrived on moving day immediately claimed that our items used up significantly more square feet than the quote even though our items were exactly as itemized. We were told that they wouldn't pack all of her items unless we agreed on the spot to pay more. When we complained to Fast, they didn't stand by the movers they had hired, blaming the problem on them. They had us get on a three-way call with the movers where they got into a verbal altercation with them which was very unprofessional and upsetting. We finally ended up agreeing to a 25% increase in price to allow the move to continue. The move was supposed to take 1-3 days but instead took 10 with no updates from the company except when we called to inquire. When our things were finally delivered, they wanted extra money to assemble a bed they took apart, one desk that was picked ** in one piece was delivered disassembled, a desk chair was stained and missing a roller foot, and boxes showed evidence of water damage. Of course, when we complained to Fast, they said "sorry, contact the movers". I caution anyone about using this company because they do not stand behind the movers that they contract with to move your belongings!
