    Lifetime Moverz LLC aka Moverz Who **** is a sole proprietor company owned by ********************* who was given the contract for my move from ** to ** 7/23 by Nationwide Moving and Storage LLC. ****** contracted with an independent truck driver to transport my belongings to ** who hired day movers to offload - they were apologetic about the rudeness of the driver & damage to my belongings which obviously occurred in transit due to no packing or inadequate packing materials, and poor handling practices.****** initially responded to my phone calls regarding lost and damaged items but by 8/23 said I should file a claim and avoided my calls thereafter. I made it clear I wanted my items; per my contract I have 9 months to file a claim - until April ****. Even though I requested full insurance, it was never forthcoming.October 2023 was the last contact with Nationwide Moving and Storage whose phone number has been out of service since then.Representatives of Lifetime Movers LLC arrived NY without proper packing materials & wanted more $ than contracted for; we came to an agreement on an additional amount since I added a few additional items.I was advised my belongings would go to a ** warehouse, I was *********** 30 days free storage & a representative would call me to arrange a date/time for ** delivery. They called in 2 weeks insisting on delivery 8/4/23 - less than 3 weeks later. I agreed. My belongings were in like new condition when they left my NY home, most less than 18 months old. Upon arrival in ** they were ripped, torn, dirty, broken, art smashed & a number of items missing.My missing mattress was located and delivered 8/24/23 with no advance notice.To date, my bicycle, 2 living room end tables, CD rack, medium mirror & red moving dolly with my initials on it all remain missing.The replacement cost of these items is $850. They did not evaporate into thin air. Someone, somewhere has them. I want my belongings returned to me or a check for $850.

    I will keep complaining about this company. They should be out of business.

    My items were picked up on May 25th by Lifetime Moverz, after being subcontracted from ********** *** *****. I was told I had 50 cu ft extra, then was told I had 100 cu ft extra, but would be charged for 75, at an additional cost of $375. I was told they couldn't drive more than 8 hours a day and they had a stop in CT to make first. I wasn't given an exact date for delivery, but I told them I was driving straight there and would br stopping two nights. I arrived on Sunday, May 28th. I inquired on Tuesday and again on Wednesday asking when my stuff would arrive, no reply until Wednesday night, a text from a driver saying he would be here Thursday. No time frame given, even when asking. Driver called next day to ask for my address! At time of delivery I noticed I had a very compressed tote on the bottom of a pile, not happy! After things were unloaded I noticed I only had 3 shelves out of a large 6 shelf metal industrial unit, measuring 18" x 48" x 72", held together by two rows of packing tape. The other 3 shelves and all pokes were missing. I asked driver where they were, he said he was just delivery person, ge saw them on floor in NY and asked if they were part of NY shipment and was told no. I later realized I am also missing to folding 4' plastic/ metal adjustable height tables. I am also missing a black Rubbermaid kitchen 13 gallon trash can that contained a rake, a Yardstick, 3 decorative metal curtain rods, a new string mop, a new Swiffer Wet Jet Mop, a black metal in- ground garden flag holder, an angled kitchen broom and about 8-10 rolls of nice Christmas paper from Tractor Supply and JoAnn's that I had wrapped all together with the green self stick wrap so it would not be loose. The approximate value of these items is $281.99. I would like the items located and delivered. I really don't want the hassle of having to shop for a replace these, they are sure to cost more now than they did when I bought them just 6 months-1 year ago! Lack of response by them ugh

    Lifetime Moverz LLC was hired by ************************* to do my moving job. It was nothing but a nightmare! They arrived at my pickup location one day late. One guy did a walk through with me in the beginning. I told him I had 6 boxes if there is extra room on the truck, or I will take them myself. He told me there is enough space. So the other guy loaded my boxes first. At the end of the pickup, the guy asked to speak to me. I walked outside with him and saw my bedroom set wrapped up and sitting on the ground. He told me that I didn't book enough space on the truck and if I want them loaded, it will be an additional $600. I didn't have a choice at the time but to give them the extra $600. I was told that delivery would be in two weeks. Two weeks went by, never heard a thing. When those people finally arrived one week later than promised, I found many of my stuff were wrapped up in a big tarp outside of the truck cabin on the platform of the truck! As the three guys were unloading my things, one of them, per his exact word, "took my eyes off of it" and drop my brand new self-propelled lawn mower straight to the ground from the platform of the truck and broke. As they continued to unload, I found many of my furnitures damaged and parts missing! I was told that they think those parts are in a box in the warehouse, and their boss named **** was on the way there. **** never took my call or text! Finally after 19 days, I was able to get hold of someone called ******** who asked me to just file a claim. I explained that I need that box with the parts to my furnitures. When I contacted the claim department, I found out that it will be 60 cents reimbursement to each pound of the stuff. I called that guy back and told him that would NOT cover all the damage and I need that box to restore my furnitures and tool to usable conditions! Right now, I have a dresser sitting sideways and a couch learning, etc! I will not file the claim if that's going to close the case!

    I contracted with *** Moving Solutions ( a moving broker) to move an inheritance from *********, ** to *****************. They selected LIFETIME MOVERZ LLC (57 ******************************************************. *****) to move my things. I paid Lifetime Moverz directly. At the time of payment, I got no paperwork! I was told a delivery date of Friday, July 29. They were a no-show. No phone call even to explain why they weren't here. On Sunday morn I got a call saying that they would be at my house in 90 minutes. When my things were delivered they wanted final payment before they would unload. After they unloaded, I was not given any receipt of final and full payment. They just drove off. When I had the chance to take inventory I found that they hadn't unloaded one box. I called the driver (******) and told him to look in the back of the van for my one missing box. He called me later and said that he checked and didn't see it. He later said that it was there and that it had been underneath packing blankets. He said that he had passed the van on to ********* who had driven it back to **. I asked them to please stick and address label on it and ship it back to me. (such a simple thing to do!!) Since that time, I have had countless phone calls with USA Moving Solutions, (Who lied when telling me that it was shipped on 8/15 but couldn't produce a mailing receipt as they said that they would.) They should have taken responsibility to make things right with Lifetime Moverz. BUT.... ultimately, it was LIFETIME MOVERZ who have/lost my box and were the last ones to have it. At this point, I'm not sure where my missing box is or even if they have a clue. All I'm sure of is that someone has it and that it's not me. Nor do I sense that anyone is trying very hard to return it to me. This box contains items from family members long gone including both of my parents who died this summer three months apart. ********************* of BBB has a copy of Bill of Lading from Lifetime Movers LLC

    Our brokerage company ************ Company (******* **) chose Lifetime Moverz LLC company without notifying ** of the change. The ******* from this moving company asked for estimated date of delivery and The bill of lading did not mention date of delivery 6/11/2022, despite our mention of it when signing. After 2 weeks of delay in delivery, they had asked another two guys to deliver our goods, who demanded payment before unloading (They told us that Lifetime Moverz LLC sold it to them for delivery). Large Items worthy of $4000 ( 3 person Sofa, Headboard, 2 adult Bikes, ************* etc) were missing and they claimed to be in storage in ********* (****** sent pictures of them in storage in ******** within next 2 weeks). But since then, we have not received any further information for over a month now - multiple calls - voicemail is full. ************** (************ Company, *******, **) deserted **. I have also not been provided with a final bill of payment, which is needed for my reimbursement. I need the FInal BIll of Payment and my items - without which my loss amounts to $15,000.
