I purchased a dishwasher from Appliance Connection on August 9, 2023. The dishwasher is for my rental apartment located in Staten Island, ********, and is presently unoccupied and I do not live on the premises. The trucking company hired by Appliance Connection is YF Logistics located at ************************************************************************************. I contacted YF Logistics and advised them numerous times to make the delivery after 2:00 PM or contact me ahead of time by e-mail or text and give me enough time to get to the rental property. My account is noted to reflect that. YF Logistics scheduled at least five deliveries during morning hours and made my delivery among the first. This is going on since August 9, 2023. If the delivery is not completed next Wednesday, I will cancel my order.Initial Complaint

This company sent me the most damaged box I have ever seen for a 350 dollar AC. I was wiling to overlook that but it's missing a top bracket. A part that can't cost more than 20 bucks... This missing part makes my AC absolutely useless! When I order something NEW I expect it to be NEW not what ever the heck it was that they sent me. The unit looked fine until I tried to install it but the missing bracket makes the unit ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Do you not have quality control?? Please rectify this situation by sending me the missing part ASAP because I BOUGHT THIS UNIT BRAND NEW NOT USED. I expect a NEW unit with no missing parts on the first try for the price I paid. Not some disgruntled customer's second hand goods. I feel like I should also be compensated for the price as well as now I have to suffer 80 degree days with no AC because of this mess up for god knows how long because this company didn't check that all the parts were there before sending me damaged goods they claimed were new on ******. Do better. ****** order number ******************* I will do a chargeback for the entire unit if this is not rectified in the next week as services were not rendered.Initial Complaint

I ordered a recliner chair from appliance connection online March 15th 2023. On there web site, it stated the product would be delivered with 10 business days. They gave me the phone number with YF logistics in **********. I called and they told me it would be delivered next week. They told me they would send me a tracking number threw email. I called everyweek for 4 more weeks with YF logistics to find out when my chair delivery was going to be made. Each time I talked to them they lied about the delivery. I still don't have my chair and it's been 6 weeks. I have reached out to appliance connection where I bought it to for the last 4 weeks about delivery, and YF logistics was lying to appliance connection to about delivery time. This YF logistics is a lying scam company. They need to be looked into by the better business bureau. Also on there review page there are alot of 1 star reviews because this is happening to alot of customers of there. Also I am having trouble getting my money back from appliance connection. I have had to file a dispute against them. HELP ME PLEASE WITH THIS SITUATION. THANKS ***************************.Initial Complaint

YF Logistics was hired to deliver our new freezer and remove the old one. However, at the August 31 delivery, we were told that there wasn't room in the truck for our small, old, freezer, but they would return in three days to pick it up. Nothing happened! It has been two weeks and no response from the company, even though they were notified about the situation.Initial Complaint

I bought a washer dryer combo from Appliances Connections to be delivered by YF Logistics on 9/2. I was contacted by YF Logistics through email and advised that they will be delivering it between 9 and 1. Someone has to be home to receive the delivery and as such rearranged my day. It was not delivered during the time period they said so I called them and they said it will be delivered within the hour. This went on the rest of the day and by the end of the day it was still not delivered. Now it's Tuesday 9/6 and when I contacted them they said they won't deliver before Thursday. I bought this because I needed it right away. I need this ASAP.Initial Complaint

I purchased 3 major appliances from Appliances Connections (AC) in Nov. The appliances were shipped YF logistics early Jan. ******* ** nor AC notified me it was my responsibility to call to schedule the delivery (or that was the excuse I was given when I called asking what was taking so long). The delivery was scheduled for Friday Jan 21, between 7:30-11:30 PM! I traveled over 2 hours to the location to wait for delivery. Waited until midnight and no one from ** showed up or notified me they were not coming anymore. I called AC on Sat morning, and despite all the messages I had received with the Friday delivery date, I was then told that in fact they would deliver the items that day (Sat). I waited all day again and nothing, no notification. I called both AC and the ** Monday and every day since to get it rescheduled. Everyday I was told someone would call me back to schedule and I never heard back. On Thursday Jan 27 I called again and said it was extremely urgent to get it delivered bc my contractor would finish the work the next day and if the appliances were not here I would have to pay him another $1000 to come again. I was told by the agent at YF Logistics that if I needed the appliances urgently that I should pick them up myself in **********! Called again and was told they wouldnt be able to deliver until the following week. Now they said ** doesnt work on the weekends, though AC they told me to wait one Sat all day. They said its too late and it can only be delivered the following week. The new delivery was scheduled for Feb 4th between 7:30am-11:30am. I confirmed arrival time and to ensure all 3 items were shipped. Instead, ** showed up the day before unexpectedly with the cooktop missing and the Double Oven shattered to pieces. I declined the double oven delivery for obvious reasons, and still have not heard back when the cooktop (apparently was lost in the warehouse) or the new double oven will be delivered. Expected a delivery of 3 items purchased from Appliances Connection in October 2021. 2 out of 3 items were delivered on 12/7/21 although their records showed all 3 items were delivered. After numerous unanswered attempts to resolve the matter, on Wednesday, 12/29/21, I was told my item was scheduled for delivery on Monday, 12/27/21 but no one was home. I was never contacted by the company. I was assured the final item would be delivered on Monday, 1/3/22 and someone would call me on that morning with a time frame for the delivery. At 1:45pm, I called and spoke with *******, Ext. ****, who very nastily informed me she was a manager and did not have the item scheduled for delivery. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, she informed me no one was available and they would just tell me the same thing. She was nasty and said she would hang up on me. This company is selling freezers on amazon by the name CyberSavings claiming that they are from **, and the companies real name is YF Logistics LLC ********************************************************************* They are the seller and shipper. They sold me a s*** freezer, said they would pick it up to return it and never did. They owe me ****** dollars and are having me ship it back to them and called me several times to cancel the complaint on Amazon.Initial Complaint

October 11: Delivery person did not call, left residence without attempting to contact us; we were home. Agent contacted refused to contact driver to send out truck again. October 16: Agent confirmed over phone that delivery would take place Oct19 2PM to 6PM. October 18: No phone call received to confirm delivery window 2-6, but at noon, company sent email confirming delivery stating delivery moved up to Oct19 noon-4PM Oct19: no call no email alerting change of delivery date; tracking information attached to latest email indicated change to delivery date to Oct21. Agent refused to send driver out to delivery as originally promised. On hold for 45 minutes.
