    I ordered a cooktop online from Appliances Connection and was told delivery would be in **** days. However, I was given less than 24 hours notice of delivery for early the next morning. I couldn't be home for that time frame, so I called YF and they offered me later in the week. I was told I would be notified the night before with a time slot. When I didn't hear from them, I called and was told it was a "dispatch issue" and someone messed up and didn't get me on the schedule. We rescheduled for the following week. This morning, the cooktop was delivered on time, but the two delivery men said they heard something "not right" in the box after unloading it. They opened the box and found the glass cooktop had shattered and the box appeared to have been previously opened. I have no idea why Appliances Connection works with such a horrible delivery company.

    We ordered a refrigerator through Appliances Connection who uses ** for the delivery, set up & haul away. The delivery was scheduled for Friday 7/28 to go to a rental property. One of the tenants took the day off to receive the refrigerator. On Thursday 7/27 at 11:45 am I receive a phone call from the ** stating they would be delivering the unit in an hour. I informed the person that the delivery was scheduled for the following day and no one would be there to receive it. The person got annoyed and said that they had a bunch of cancelations and needed to deliver it that day. I explained that the tenants all work and that no one is available. He then hung up and the delivery has still not happened 4 days later. Per our tenant who called **, they sent the refrigerator back to the ** warehouse (3 states away). Now when we call Appliances Connection we are told that ** is saying it will be between 8/3 & 8/5 and are unable to give a specific date. I explained to them that our tenants work and one will need to take a day off to receive it and need a more precise timeline. The only thing they can do is email ** and wait. The lack of professionalism is astounding.

    This company cannot schedule anything. I have been waiting for two weeks for my dishwasher to be installed. They schedule it on random days when nobody is home and send notes the morning of. They disregard requests to a particular day of service. **************** is non-existent. Supervisor voice mail is not enabled and it is impossible to get anywhere at all.

    First concerning your delivery service YF Logistics. As my delivery time was 3:30 PM. Second, when I got out of a meeting at 2:30 I received text message at 1:54 that the delivery would be in 30 minutes. I rushed home and arrived at 3PM. And the delivery was at my garage door on a pallet. I called your office and the person on the phone said she spoke to the driver and .(I got cut off). So I called back and the second person answering the phone (different person) put me on hold until I got cut off. I called back and your folks did something to prevent my call from going through. The delivery was suppose to deliver at 3:30 to 7:30 PM. I was home at 3PM. They were suppose to bring it in my home and unpack it. I managed to get it in my garage and now I have to unpack it to ensure no damage then I have to get help to move it into my house. Not happy. I also notified Appliance Connection about your s***** delivery service and your s***** **************** who answered the phones at your location. And BTW , I did not sign receipt for the delivery.*********************************

    Poor ***************** I spent two days on the phone calling to find out when my item would be delivered. It was scheduled to come on a Wednesday between 1-5, at 5:30, I gave them a call to see where the driver was. I was then informed by a rep that the driver had rescheduled my delivery to another day- with OUT calling me to verify. He has assumingly made this change at 4:45 pm. How inconsiderate of him!When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that they went home for the day and I should expect a call back by 8 am the next morning to have it rescheduled. Well, no call ever came! When I called back the next day- I was told there were no supervisors "on the floor," so I would have to receive a callback. No call back ever came.I called a third time, and the young lady looked up my reference number and placed me on hold just to hang up on me once I asked to speak to a supervisor.I called back ten times (proof in my phone log!!!) with no answer! AS IF THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER FROM BEING PICKED UP!!!! They then continued to pick up my call and hang up without saying a word, three times! All the while, the automated system let me know that I was the only person in the queue. Truly saddening that a company would treat its clients in this manner.Very unprofessional, rude, and childish. If they have no plans to deliver my item, they should let the company know so I can be refunded. Would NOT recommend it.Not to mention that this lapse in delivery is running my company thousands of dollars daily as we wait because we can not finish renovations to the apartment complex until my items are delivered.As we know they will not take the liability for these damages to my company and me, but they can surely expect a suit to follow if this is prolonged, goes undelivered, and costs me an exuberant amount of money.Still awaiting my items and a callback.All in all, very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM.

    Delivery guys are incompetent. They delivered appliances that were never installed. **************** is at the lowest level possible.

    110 MILES 1 HOUR 56 MINITES DELIVERY DISTANCE AND THERE TRACKING INFO. SHOWS OUT FOR DELIVERY SINCE 7/18/2022 AND I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ITEM.     YF Logistics has been a thorough disappointed. They were the logistics company used by Appliance Connection to deliver two large country French bookcases. **************** was rude. Delivery guys were sloppy and inexperienced.Upon delivery the men did not use lift gate and dropped 160 pound bookcase and shattered the bottom.Upon trying to reschedule with a new delivery, emails were sent that i never received. A truck showed up with no bookcase on it??? Finally i was told they couldnt find the unit???Do NOT use this company and stay away from Appliance Connection as well!!

    Amazing company. They delivered my appliance days earlier than I expected. That was great! They called and let me know the arrival window (short window) and they were here right on time. Very pleased with the experience.
