On 3/29/24 I brought my car to C&J Automotive for a routine oil change. Gave Rebecca a coupon for $44.95. I asked if they charge for using a **** ****** card I was advised no the fee is included in the price of the service. Picked up my car the same day and was charged $77.23 because Rebecca forgot to attach the coupon to the work order. It took Mike approx. 30 minutes to figure out how to ****** me and then recharge me the correct amount. I was charged $54.38. The tax should be $2.98 not $9.43. After picking up the car there was black grease on the top of the driver's side door jam, the sun visor and head rest. I called them immediately and spoke to Mike he advised to bring the car back and they would remove the grease. The following day when getting into my car I noticed the molding behind the front driver side tire was falling off. I took a picture of it and asked my finance to fix it because I had a doctors appointment on Monday and I didn't want it to fall off because it would be costly to replace it. On 4/1/24 I brought the car back to C&J the grease was removed and asked Rebecca if she could have the owner call my finance to discuss the molding damage. I mentioned to Rebecca a lot of things went wrong with this service, grease, buttons fooled with, molding and the ****** taking so long, she replied we are only human. I replied it was only an oil change. The owner never called so I called again and Mike said he would call my finance. He advised they would fix it but they never got back to us. Frankly I don't trust them to fix it since they caused so many problems just doing a simple oil change. We have been taking our car and truck there for years and never had a problem when Jamie was the Manager. I want to be paid for the damage to my cars molding, for my time waiting for the ******, my inconvenience having to drive the car back to have the grease removed and charging me the wrong tax. Anything you can do to resolve this issue is greatly appreciated. Thanks
