Our kitchen was purchased from Universal supply co , everything was installed by June 2022. On Nov 21 2022 their furniture guy was sent to do all the touch ***** Then he informed ******************************* ( *******) that our silverware drawer couldnt be fix and that we need it a new one. We have tried calling ******************************* *************** and email *********************************************** so many times we stop counting. Can you please help us , I am running out of options.Initial Complaint

They hire sexual predators. *************************** is an employee that sexually harassed my teen-age daughter while working on our roof. He came down and exposed himself to her. She said she was reporting him and he told her nobody would believe her and that he had been working this job four years so go ahead. I plan to *** this company and don't advise nobody to use them.Initial Complaint

I spent over $30k with Universal Supply Co in ***************, ** when remodeling our home and half my windows did come with the extended window jambs like they were supposed to. Ok no big deal Ill just order the extended jambs from them. I ordered them and they were delivered and they didnt even measure what they were supposed to measure . I ordered 4 5/8 extended jambs and they only measured 4in. I took a photo with the tape measure proving they were in fact not 4 5/8. I Called them and they said bring them back and well measure to confirm. they were brought back and measured and confirmed they were in fact the wrong size and they kept the jambs and still will not refund my money stating its a special order and no returns. If theres no returns then why did they accept my return? I am not in possession of the jambs anymore as the company has them. I have emails to the company regarding this matter as well.
