    I got braces from this location a few days ago. I am constantly bleeding since then and i am in so much pain. I tried calling the office and explain to them my situation but they refused to help and said i can't come to office until my next appointment. I tried calling again and again telling them it's an emergency and i don't know what to do but they were extremely mean, rude and were getting personal with me and hung up my call then i asked if i can talk with manager or can get corporate office and they said they don't have phone number for corporate or any manager. They ladies in the front and they technician who did my braces are trying to save each other and are not helping and not letting me reach anyone in management or corporate they also told me that they can see my number on caller Id and will not pick up my call. The technician who did my braces also called me from her personal phone number and threatened that she will charge me more money than they initially told me if i get a second opinion from another dental office. Never had this kind of experience before with a medical office i am very disappointed and in so much pain. When i ask them who am i speaking with in the office they even refuse to tell me their names or any contact info to reach coorporate or management
