    This product arrived with missing parts. I had to contact the company. Got the parts and then found out that nothing was drilled properly or lined up to build the piece of furniture. I was sent 2 new top and bottom pieces. Those were drilled wrong as well. The parts do not fit. There is nothing that can be done.

    The customer originally purchased their item from a third-party retailer and subsequently reached out to Modway for assistance. While our policy states that we do not deal directly with end users, as we do not sell products to them, we made an exception in this case in an effort to assist.
    We provided replacement parts, but the customer remained unsatisfied. Based on the images they provided, it appears that the issue stems from assembly errors rather than defective parts. Unfortunately, we now realize that what the customer needed was assembly guidance rather than replacement parts.
    As the customer is now requesting a refund, we must clarify that we are unable to process this request. Modway did not process the original transaction, and therefore, we do not have the ability to issue a refund. We encourage the customer to contact the retailer from whom they made the purchase for further assistance.

    This will be my second complaint in the last 2 months, the first one was "resolved" with a promise from this company to send me a replacement vanity countertop. I have yet to receive this top and I have not had anyone reach out regarding this replacement. I would like the top I was promised.

    We apologize for the delay. We entered the order as requested but had no contact information for M(r)s Hunter to notify of the back order. The order is still live and will ship once it arrives to ****************************************************** 66207.

    We are expecting ********* to arrive around 11/15. This is an estimated date and ********* can arrive sooner or slightly later. As soon as the sink arrives into the warehouse it will begin to ship out to the address on file.
