      In early part of July of this year (2022) I was trying to purchase a Marker for my sisters grave site. I did a ****** search and found Headstone Deals. The price was right, so I placed an order for the Marker for $499. I received an email with options for approval and a checklist before the order could be process. I call the cemetery where my sister is buried and found out they have several rules and lots of costs to have a Marker placed if it was not purchased from them. I would have to find my own installer for the Marker, which the cemetery nor Headstone could help with. I asked Headstone to hold my request and later that day, after finding out how difficult it would be to find a installer, I asked them to cancel my order. I made this request on July 8th and I have not heard back from them. I checked my bank account and they had already charged my card without getting the final approval for the Marker; my card should have not been charged until I gave the final approval from the option emailed to me. Again, I have sent several email asking for my money to be put back into my account as I have not received a marker nor did I approve options available.

      We received the order on July 6th 2022. The approval layout and cemetery paperwork request was sent on July 7th, 2022.  Customer requested to cancel the order on July 8th, 2022 Friday. We spoke to the customer to check any possibilities to find a installer on July 11, 2022 Monday but customer requested to process the cancellation. We acknowledged the same through email and refunded the amount on July 16, 2022. Transaction number was notified to the customer. Thanks

      I ordered a flat grave stone for my husband in October,2021. I paid 500,00 by check, the ***** had a golfer and his name ***************************.I have been waiting for this stone, it is now June,2022. I reached out to the company on May 5th, they told me very sorry they sent me a picture of what I ordered and I confirmed that was corrected the number they sent was SO17692HDDugan, they told me it would be sent in 2 weeks, it is now June 6.Did I just get scam? Thanks ***********************

      We have received the final layout approval on May 10th, 2022 and the order was shipped out June 6th 2022. We have emailed the finished picture and *** shipment tracking number to registered email id.

      Business on ******* ave, ********************, is using residential streets to house their vehicles instead of on their property. They leave these vehicles parked for months at a time. The one in front of my house has been there since November 2021. We need to have them remove their vehicles or st least move them every 72 hours.

      My father paid ***** Memorial for my mothers tombstone on 4-21-2021 in full $4,634. Contract said 90 days. As of today no tombstone. Our contact person is ************************* ************. Had called numerous times with a lot excuses.
