    my most recent transaction took place today 11/11/2024 around 2:30 p.m. I went to the car wash to get my usual wash and as happened in the past my wipers were turned on while it is not allowed when going through the car wash for possible damage. The car washers pulls the cars up to the wash and could clearly see if a cars wipers comes on and instead of turning them off they send the car through so that the wipers could get damaged. This is about the 5th time this has happened to me and I am well aware about the wipers policy since I have been going to this car wash for years and paying a monthly charge of $42 a month faithfully. When asked to speak to the manager the receptionist at the front desk wearing glasses was so rude and nasty like I didn't have a right to ask for the manager or like I didn't have a right to be mad that once again my wipers came off through the car wash. Now my right wiper blade is not coming on and when I went back to the car wash at 3:00 p.m. to ask for the manager again the receptionist lied to me and told me that he left which I find hard to believe that the car wash closes at 6:00pm and the manager is gone 3 hours early. This is my dame car that I have to pay for when things go wrong so as a paying consumer I have the right to be upset and it is the responsibility of the manager as well as his employees to try and resolve the issue especially when it's a dedicated customer. $504 a year I have been paying to this car wash for the last 8 or more years and I am beyond disappointed in how I was treated by not only the receptionist with the glasses but also by the manager that refused to speak with me after he was made aware that he had a concerned customer. They are ok with taking your money every month and don't even do a good job with the cars but when a customer has a problem everybody acts dumb and unprofessional. I am requesting that my wipers get fixed
