      Price gouging hidden fees frauded and pressured to give down payments before even seeing the final contract or let alone anyone from the finance department. Was told price of vehicle would be ****** then ******. Inflated interest rate given with a credit score of 760. In the end a vehicle that I was told would cost ****** is actually costing me almost ******. The final numbers were not reviewed signed on dotted line as to what I thought I was signing. Took advantage of a female buyer and disrespected and told not to bark as if I were a dog. Do not do business with this dealership. Justify a price of almost ****** in six years when I was told I was paying half of that. Liars and theifs. Crooked as they come.

      I am attempting again to reach out to you in reference to your complaint about your purchase of a 2025 Honda Civic. The purchase price that you paid was $25,400 not $21,000. I would like to speak with you to discuss your purchase. I have attached a copy of the Retail Buyers order and a copy of the Retail Installment Sales Contract for you. You were provided copies of these at the time of purchase. In reference to the rate, 6.9% was the tier 1 special rate for the 2025 Civic for 72 months from American Honda ************. Again, if you would like to discuss your purchase I can assist you.

      I leased a Honda Accord from this dealership late on a Friday night. Since the service department had already closed for the day, I was informed that I would need to return during regular business hours to receive my secondary key. On Monday, I went back to the dealership and was told to wait while they retrieved the key. After waiting two and a half hours, I followed up, as the delay for something as simple as a vehicle key was excessive. I was then informed that they might have misplaced it and asked to return later that day, as they were confident it would be found. I asked the sales representative, Kevin, to call me once the key was located so I could return to pick it up. Thirty minutes before closing, I reached out for an update and was told again that Kevin would call me. Unfortunately, I never received a call. At this point, I am planning to return the leased vehicle and take my business elsewhere. The lack of communication and disorganization at this dealership is unacceptable and simply not worth the hassle.

      Visited Route22honda on Friday 6/28/2024 to purchase a vehicle after receiving a pre-approval email from ************* I had already viewed a 2012 model online that I wanted to purchase.The salesperson named ***** approached me. I described the vehicle and said my credit score rating from one to ten was four. He told me that banks generally dont finance used vehicles and I should lease one etc.Fears took one form, asked for my information, and completed the form himself. signed documents on a tablet while he was running my credit check. I was not given a copy of anything.Feras showed me vehicles, I chose one and completed more application paperwork for me to sign. I was not given copies.Finally he told me congratulations and shook my hand saying I was approved for the lease of a vehicle and while it was being prepared I would have to wait to complete paperwork with a finance person.The finance officer had me initial documents electronically and told me a price that was higher than ***** told me. I was not given copies of any paperwork.By the end of the evening I had a vehicle with temporary plates and temporary registration, but zero contract documents or printed information.I believe this was all intentional and wish to cancel this lease which is predatory and unaffordable.

      SPOKE TO CUSTOMER ON THE PHONE. CUSTOMER AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE WAS REMINDED ABOUT PRICING AND GIVEN ESTIMATIONS FOR PAYMENT DUE TO CDK GLOBAL SHUTDOWN GOING ON. CUSTOMER CAME BACK TO SIGN PAPERWORK WHEN SYSTEM CAME BACK UP, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED WITH FINALIZED PAYMENTS AND ALL DOCUMENTS NEEDED WERE GIVEN. CUSTOMER RECEIVED REGISTRATION WITH INCORRECT COLOR AND IS IN THE PROCESS OF CORRECTING REGISTRATION WITH DMV.

      I talk to Champion Auto ************************************************************************ ************** on 3/19/24 early that day about a 2019 Merecedes ************ E 450 has ****** miles and price at $24,995 on CARFAX.com website: ************************************************** took the 1 hour and 40 min drive to the dealership from ***** ** to ******** ** to see the car. I ask again is the car advertised at $24,995 the car salesman *** said yes. Champion Auto did a hard credit check with *********** Auto Loan, which I was already preapprove for. I waited for 3 hours, and my status stayed in pending, I had to leave and take the 1 hour and 40 min drive back to ************.I called the salesman on 3/20/24 for an update and it is still in pending, I made the decision to call *********** Auto Loan to check why is the Auto Loan still in pending. *********** told me the dealer called in with the price of ****** which is a price gauge of ******. Champion Auto used a hard credit check and used a deceptive price they then sent to *********** Auto Loan. I have talk to *********** and they even check the car on CARFAX and the car and vin match for the loan. *********** seen the price of the car which is $24,995. But Champion Auto sent them a price of ****** and lied.I called Champion Auto and told them I talk to *********** and told them why are sending deceptive prices and that is against the law in the *** Act. " The law ****** states that a seller can't try to mislead consumers about their prices- and outlines specifically prohibited practices when it comes to advertising.Even with taxes and tags the E450 is not a ****** increase.Champion Auto DOC Fee $698 - a deceptive price Sale Tax $3,600 - a deceptive price NO Gap NO Warranties **** Ave Doc Fee $270 RANGE $98 - $399 DOC Fee The sales tax for ************ are %6 that be added cost of $2,247.051 which I would pay *********. Even with a doc fee of $399 the car is still not $******.I ask that the hard credit check be erase.

      The car was repossessed and I still was making payments on the car. They said my payments were late but it was due to a unexpected life circumstance I had no control over. I am still dealing with health issues due to that accident prior to the late fees and repossession. Honda financial representatives were very disrespectful and degrading when I spoke to them regarding the matter of the situation of the repossession. I have never financed a car before and I believe they took advantage of that knowing I didnt know much about financing also because of the accident that was out of my control when a stolen car rear ended me and could have taken my life. My father and I was told from one representative that I can pay what I owe and get the car back then a few days later I was told I cant be reinstated for whatever reason when I was just told I can get my car back. The manager the supervisors and representatives were very rude and insensitive towards my situation. I didnt get my down payment back or my trade in car back. If I was not responsible they would have been gotten the car long way before that date. They ruined my credit after telling me it would go to my credit after 30 days of the repo where I can go through another bank or credit union to finish the loan. The repo was on my credit report the very next day. I couldnt go anywhere to get another loan or even let my credit union take over the payment due to the repo on my credit. They are saying it was a voluntary repo which is not true when I was told I can make the payment and get my car back then all of a sudden they told me I cant be re Instated when it didnt make sense it was my very first time that happened and it was only late due to that accident happening and I lost my job where I was paying auto pay so I had the money but I just had to pay late due to losing my job. Honda is harassing me sending me letters and calls. I am not paying that.

      I have left numerous messages for Mrs. *********** to assist with her issue with her car being repossessed. Unfortunately she has neglected to respond to my numerous attempts to reach her. Her vehicle was repossessed by Honda Financial Services for non-payment of her retail installment loan. Route 22 Honda has nothing to do with this. If she eventually contacts me I will provide some guidance and whatever assistance I can for her.

      The dealerships sales person and financial manager made representations about clerical and documentary services relating to tags and registration being mailed to my residence as a matter of convenience, and included the fees for these services in final sales price. The vehicle, all taxes, and fees were then paid in full. They have since delayed in mailing the plates and paperwork for the vehicle the last 28 days, and are now asking for over $2000 to release them without a proper explanation. They have been either unresponsive or evasive throughout this whole situation.

      I am rejecting this response because:Please reopen my complaint or **** it as unsatisfactory/unsettled.
           The representative from Rt22 Honda stated he would cut a check for $138.00 as reimbursement for the services charged to settle my complaint, and Gio (?) then confirmed my address. This was 2 weeks ago. Their promises seem to stop short of the mail box, apparently. For my part, this matter is unresolved.
