  They don't allow negative star reviews or they would get one. You can't trust these people!!!Little used *****, advertised at ,$7k. Kept trying to double the price saying that they are a "High End Dealership" and can't sell their vehicles for the advertised price. Like ***** is a Very Rare car!!! Total BS'ers'!! Don't send them your money or sign paperwork!! Scumbags!!

  DECEPTIVE PRICING AND HIDDEN FEES: I recently had a very disappointing experience with Luxury Motor Cars. Despite their promises of transparent pricing, I encountered numerous hidden fees totaling $5,373. I inquire about purchasing a vehicle for $25,669. Given I was paying Cash, the price increase to $32,320. In addition, I was initially charge $3,995 for Appearance Pack fee and $399 for Theft protect. Then I received an $899 doc fee. This deceptive practice left me feeling misled. I strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious and thoroughly review all charges before making a purchase.

  Great looking vehicles with aggressive pricing-BUT they wont sell you the car at the advertised asking price. They will add on several charges that you dont authorize and literally WILL NOT allow you to pay the full asking price as advertised. They will charge over 4-6k more for things like a LoJack system thats already installed on the vehicle (that you dont ask for) or a reconditioning fee. Complete scam artists. The manager will tell you hes not a numbers guy and is unaware of what is being said. Again, complete scam. What kind of used car dealer manager doesnt know the offered price of a vehicle on his lot?

  Car was priced below $50,000. By the time the added unexplained and unnecessary fees, the total came up to over $70,000.

  Wow what a ******* scam!!Drove two hours to have my time wasted. Do not believe their advertised prices. Tried to tell me I had to pay ***** over advertised auto trader price in additional fees nonsense the should be illegal steer clear of this kind of business!! **** the manager should be ashamed of himself running this kind of scam on unsuspecting people

  I was tricked into signing papers and pay money with this dealership. For a car that needed repairs after the paperwork was signed. So after more then a week of them telling me that the will be ready soon. I asked the salesman if I want to decline the offer would it be a problem and he told me no to just call him and let him know. So that what I did called and told him that I no longer want the deal. Then the somebody else got on the phone telling me that I could not decline this deal and that would or could *** me. Now this for a car that I NEVER received or even seen. I am in ******* ** So now I am been threatening to take this car. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY from these people the very low down and thristy for a sale and it seems they do not value the customer at all.

  Drove 2 hours for a car that was supposed to be a done deal and they tried to up the end price, and not give a warranty. Theft by deception. Tried to steal $15,000.00. STAY AWAY!!!!

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I told their dealership the night before that I would be in their place by noon the next day to buy the car that we talked about. They knew that I had an hour and a half drive each way. I took the day off from work, and spent lots of money on gas and tolls. When I got there some guy acting like an ignorant big shot told me that the car was sold. I never got an apology or offered anything else that they could do. He could tell that I was really ****** off and all he said was "oh well, we had money on the table". So s**** me as long as they make a buck... Very unprofessional and unethical. I look at it as a blessing that I was saved from doing business with this selfish, shady business. Do yourself a favor and check their reviews elsewhere...1.9/5, 2.7/5. They obviously misrepresent their vehicles and don't follow through on post sales promises. I can see why they have such bad reviews... STAY AWAY!!!

  I purchased a car from these people back in November, and 6 months later I havent gotten my plates and they refuse to give me a temp tag. Managers dont last more than a month there and their customer service ****, they play gamesthis was definitely my worst experience by far purchasing a car. Do yourself a favor stay away, even if they have the car that you are in love with its not worth the aggravation.

  Worst experience ever! They will lie to you at every turn. They will not honor the online price unless you finance with them. They will add thousands to the price for a handling fee. We paid $200,000 cash and have been told for 3 weeks the car was going to be delivered. So many lies now we can't even keep them straight. Run from this place as fast as you can or you 100% will be sorry.
