I was tricked into signing papers and pay money with this dealership. For a car that needed repairs after the paperwork was signed. So after more then a week of them telling me that the will be ready soon. I asked the salesman if I want to decline the offer would it be a problem and he told me no to just call him and let him know. So that what I did called and told him that I no longer want the deal. Then the somebody else got on the phone telling me that I could not decline this deal and that would or could *** me. Now this for a car that I NEVER received or even seen. I am in ******* ** So now I am been threatening to take this car. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY from these people the very low down and thristy for a sale and it seems they do not value the customer at all.Review from Janet M

Drove 2 hours for a car that was supposed to be a done deal and they tried to up the end price, and not give a warranty. Theft by deception. Tried to steal $15,000.00. STAY AWAY!!!!Review from Mike L

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I told their dealership the night before that I would be in their place by noon the next day to buy the car that we talked about. They knew that I had an hour and a half drive each way. I took the day off from work, and spent lots of money on gas and tolls. When I got there some guy acting like an ignorant big shot told me that the car was sold. I never got an apology or offered anything else that they could do. He could tell that I was really ****** off and all he said was "oh well, we had money on the table". So s**** me as long as they make a buck... Very unprofessional and unethical. I look at it as a blessing that I was saved from doing business with this selfish, shady business. Do yourself a favor and check their reviews elsewhere...1.9/5, 2.7/5. They obviously misrepresent their vehicles and don't follow through on post sales promises. I can see why they have such bad reviews... STAY AWAY!!!Review from Alex M

I purchased a car from these people back in November, and 6 months later I havent gotten my plates and they refuse to give me a temp tag. Managers dont last more than a month there and their customer service ****, they play gamesthis was definitely my worst experience by far purchasing a car. Do yourself a favor stay away, even if they have the car that you are in love with its not worth the aggravation.Review from William B

Worst experience ever! They will lie to you at every turn. They will not honor the online price unless you finance with them. They will add thousands to the price for a handling fee. We paid $200,000 cash and have been told for 3 weeks the car was going to be delivered. So many lies now we can't even keep them straight. Run from this place as fast as you can or you 100% will be sorry.Review from Nazela M

BUYER BEWARE!! I recently had a terrible experience at this place and would not recommend it to anyone. My husband and I communicated with the salesman, ***** via email on numerous occasions and in person. However, we felt like we were being taken advantage of with hidden fees and charges added onto the final price. Then when we thought we had finally reached a deal, they lied and told us that they could not proceed because we were not approved for a loan via Chase. We found this odd because we knew we were pre-approved based on our independent communication ms that we had with Chase prior to visiting this business. We questioned the information we were being provided and insisted on contacting Chase directly regarding this matter during which time ***** advised us that because they adjusted the vehicle cost to reach a deal with us, we would now need to use a different bank of their choosing to finance the vehicle. By doing so, they would receive their kickback of $1800 for financing with that lender. What a complete scam and waste of our time! We left there completely frustrated, upset and angry for all of the time wasted and spent with this unethical and unprofessional money hungry business. The entire business is a fraud! We asked to speak to the manager who came over but did not introduce himself and was completely unprofessional, not helpful, and unwilling to negotiate or address any of our concerns. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They clearly prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and I would never trust them with my business again.Review from Los G

Purchased a car, havent received my plates in over 2 months. Come to find out they dont even have the title of the car! They basically sold me a car that didnt even belong to them. My calls get screened so they dont pick up. No1 at the dealership has an answer. When they do pick up they leave me on hold so I can eventually hang up. This is completely illegal. They gave me two temp plates that have both expired. Now what??!?!?Luxury Motor Cars Response

My experience with this company has been terrible, purchased a car roughly 6 months ago. 2 days ago the check engine light comes on (I'm not mad about that - its a car, things happen).I call luxury motors to schedule car service , as I am explaining my situation the representative (*********) is being extremely rude. I then ask to speak to the salesman who sold me the car (******) - she told me he wasn't in the office. I asked to speak to the manager(****), she told me he wasn't in the office as well.After hanging up from her I receive a phone call from ****** (20 mins later). He does apologize and tries to rectify the situation. I tried to schedule car maintenance service with him but he tell me their in house mechanic is booked until the following Tuesday (7 days).I then bring up my 2 year service warranty and inquire what service facilities they partner with.He tells me that I do not have warranty coverage.I get his personal cell phone number (***-***-*259) and send him a picture copy of the receipt & copy of warranty coverage.He says he will speak to his General Manager and get back to me. At the time its 11:40am I call him back at 2pm, he said there is no record of coverage on his computer, he now has to check the actual hard copy files.I asked him how long will this take, he explains that he is in the office until 9pm and I will receive a call for sure by EOD.It has been days I have not heard from him since, also the dealership is no longer answering my call.This is not slander, this has been my experience. #beawareLuxury Motor Cars Response
