    On May 17, 2022, ******************************** and I went into an agreement to install kitchen cabinets, fireplace mantel, kitchen fan, dry wall in basement closet, replace basement closet doors , and reinforced stairs the total cost was estimated to be $11,000.00. I gave him a check deposit in the amount of $6,000.00. the work was supposed to have begun immediately thereafter. Unfortunately it did not happened. keep getting promises and excuses. On June 29, 2022, I send him a text message advising he refund my full $6,000.00 by July 8, 2022. as of today I have not received my refund.
