      Signed up in may of 2022. Finished August 2023. Constant lies and inconveniences now we were never paid for incentive of $1900. To sign with them. Was to be paid when up and running which was August of 2023. No phone number to contact. They all just beep at other end

      I signed my solar panel installation agreement in June 2023. I went with suntuity because they offered me the first year worth of payments as a sign on incentive. Panels were installed in Sept and the system was turned on. I filled out the W9 in September and I have been calling frequently to find out when I will receive the sign on check. They have given me the same story, that I am on the list for payment but they cannot give a time frame for when it will be sent. Now, nobody is answering the phones, every number goes to a one line voicemail saying the call cant be taken please leave a message. I would not have gone with this company without the incentive payment and 6 months later I still dont have it.

      Solar system installation October 2023. The system location is: *************************************************************** Site ID: ******* We are not getting any credit for the solar electricity from the electric company due to Suntuity not completing the required work. I have not received a reduction in my electric bill over the months since we went live. I contacted Enphase, who monitors the system, and their support department insists the problem is that I need to have Consumption CTs installed so that the reporting to *********** can account for my production. They assert these devices should have been installed during the installation. Enphase is not able to do this for me. They insisted that I contact my installer Suntuity. We have been unable to get a a response from anyone at suntuity to address this problem. I tried to call the numbers of 4 people I worked with during the installation, but they are all no longer in service. I tried to call ************ which is on your website, but I am sent directly to voicemail. I have not received a callback despite several messages left. I have emailed several times to ********************************************* and have not had a response. I have submitted several support requests thru the website suntuityrenewables.com with no response. How can we get in touch with someone who can assist us?

      Signed contract for solar panels November 2022, at which time was told it would take 4-5 months for installation and activation, and that the first year of payments would be covered by Suntuity. Installation did not occur until April 2023 and activation did not occur until August 2023. Throughout that process, I was frequently given incomplete or inaccurate information from costumer service representatives. For example, in January 2023 I was told that Suntuity was waiting for documents from my local municipality when in fact my local municipality was waiting for Suntuity to complete necessary forms. Monthly payments for the panels began July 2023. At that time I contacted Suntuity about the agreement to cover the first year of payments and at that time was told I would receive a check for that amount after activation. When panels were activated August 2023 I contacted Suntuity about the check and was told to complete a W-9 to get on the list for September, which I did. I contacted Suntuity again October 2023 and was told there was a 10/6 payout date but it was unclear when the check would go out. I contacted them again December 2023 and was told my check would likely be sent by the end of the month based on where I was on the list. I have not received the check. I tried calling Suntuity today and the "concierge" number is always busy. The Suntuity website no longer lists a phone number from the "Call Us" link.

      Just like the last complaint, I wish I would've came and read reviews here.I have signed a contract with *******, who hires Suntuity as a third party installer and sales representative. The agreement was signed in February 2022. I didn't get installed until September 2022, due to the "long permit process". When the panels were put in, they said it would take about 5-6 months for them to fully charge. Fast-forward to February 2023, and I noticed my electric bill was less, but I figured since it was winter, the output would be lower. In the month of July in the year 2023, my electric bill experienced a significant increase in comparison to previous years. I reached out to Sunnova and asked for a tech. come out to see my panels. Based on their platform, everything was working well, and I was using more than I was making. Fine. August, another high bill. I'm currently paying two electric bills, one for my state utility and the other for Sunnova. I contacted Suntuity and told them I needed someone to check my panels. They sent a technician from Suntuity to my home. My camera caught them laughing about how bad my installation was, even though they only checked the meter on the side of the house. Two days after coming, they said that it worked fine. November, another high bill. I found an app called Enphase that showed my panels weren't working! Since finding this information in November, they finally send someone January 29th...2024. They spent 3 hours getting the panels on, for them only for 2 days, and now they're completely off. At this point, I intend to take legal action against Sunnova since Suntuity went bankrupt a week ago. Avoid anything that has to do with Sunnova and Suntuity. You will deeply regret it.

      This is the worst experience EVER!!!! Life can be hard, but this is the poster company for an ad for what's worse than a migraine on steroids. They dropped my panels in the middle of my front lawn and blocked my driveway. Error after error made me miss several days of work. I signed the paperwork at the beginning of July. The panels are still not connected. They are just taking up space getting suntans. This is the WORST!!!!!! Here it is **** near February...(in two days), and still no connectivity. Now they are saying a new company took over and we must wait. MY GOD!!!!! I'm feeling fraud-vibes! We are looking into legal representation because it seems nonexistent every time they commit to a date. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PROGRAM!!!!!! Do your homework immensely. Don't leave a stone unturned! So Serious. This is your home... Don't go through our experience.

      I signed up in June of 2023, on the pretense of a $4,600 payment I would receive as a special Suntuity was running. I was told I should receive my check in September of 2023. I called and spoke with customer service who stated I was next on the list of checks to be mailed out, but they couldn’t tell me when. I’ve called and lost contact with the company, the phone line goes straight to voicemail. I actually got in touch with my sales associate who told me he was laid off in October of 2023 and we should have received our check.

      Unfortunately like many others I should have looked here first. I too am also having the same issue with Suntuity Solar where payment for the first year of service were to be providing weeks after the system went live. Panels went live over the summer of 2023 and while I have called multiple times it was always the same answer, they have a back log of people to get to and I should receive it within the next few weeks. The practice of presenting a promotion to people while seemingly never intending on fulfilling it seems "SCAMMY".

      I purchased a solar system from Suntuity Solar. They advertise a referral program.... for every person you refer and those referrals buy a system from suntuity...... the customer who referred the new customer will receive a 500 dollar check. I referred a friend and he purchased a system from suntuity. Once his system was activated, I called suntuity and they verified my referral and assured me that I would get my 500 dollar referral check. It's been nearly a year now and after several calls and being told the same thing.... I will get my check soon. I still haven't received it. I tried calling suntuity today and the number is constantly busy. Not sure if they are out of business or what.

      Im frustrated, ive been calling the business phone number for over a month now. I cant get through to anyone. I had questions about information I need to finally receive credits for my solar usage. I also had an appointment sceduled on January, 11, ****. They called me to schedule a maintenance visit they needed to do. I had my partner take off work to be at my home to let them in. They did a no call no show. Ive never heard from them again. I had my panels for over a year and still havnt been able to collect the benefits that ** give. I emailed mutiple people that i previously spoken to within the company and I haven't heard anything back. So addresses not found. Im completly livid. I dont even know what to do.
