    The solar company sold me the solar panels. They promised a lot of things that I never received. They also promised that the solar panels were gonna be installed in 3 months. It took them almost 9 months to be completed. They also promised me that I had enough solar panels to cover my electric bill. That I will not have no electric bill at all. They would cover the bill. So far, I have to pay $200 a month for the solar panels and also a $100 a month for my electric ******* took over four months for my electric bill to even get down to a Reasonable amount after they turn the solar panels on I would like to get Composition They promise so many benefits for these solar panels.And I have not received any.I have been struggling very hard to Pay for the solar panels and the electric bill

    Signed a contract with Suntuity last year January 2023, my panels were installed same year. I was Promised in writing 1 year of the service for free. Well, I still have not received any credit on my bill and now I have to pay.

    Our system has not been reporting for some time. Not do to bad weather. Called several times they do not call back We are paying a high electric bill plus payment They don't not service what they sell. Put panels on roof do not work Been almost 2 years. We have lost money and I still have to pay a very large loan to bank.

    Im getting daily calls from Suntuity, different phone numbers. I block a number and Suntuity calls from other numbers. Ive never contacted Suntuity and have never requested information. This has been going on for months.

    We bought a solar system with Suntuity Solar and the experience has been a terrible one since the very beginning. System was installed on Aug 2022. They came a few weeks later after the installation, because they were not receiving any data. When technician came, he noticed it was never powered on. Since the system was installed, the breaker from my fridge trips every 2 days, and they still at this moment have not been able to fix that. When we had our first Tropical storm, we noticed some water damage on the roof (which they addressed after, and I was happy with that) at the same time they installed the consumption meter because I was not able to see what we were using compared to what was generated. 10 to 11 months later, one day we lose power on the entire house and realized the electrical panel for the solar system caught fire due to a bad installation from Suntuity. I had to wait 3 days to get power restored on my home (during the hottest months of the year, it was over 95 degrees inside the house). After they addressed the issue and I thought everything was done I called the Electric power company to turn power back on to know that Suntuity had no permits and also needed an inspection. After dealing with all that stress everything was resolved. Suntuity promised to refund money of all the groceries and stuff we lost during those 3 days with no power and still nothing. They offered later 500 dollars with a condition that we sing a release document saying that we cannot say anything bad about their company. Every single person that came to see the installation and the fire said that I was lucky that the entire house didn't caught fire. This was in back in July 2023.. Since August 2023, 13 of the solar panels went down (and I didn't noticed until November). I started noticing that electric bills started to get higher and higher, then realized the 13 panels down. Called Suntuity and they gave me an appointment for December 15 between 9am and 4pm. On December 15th I called several times to get an ETA and never got a response back, when I called customer service at 6pm they asked me if I wanted to cancel the appointment and re-schedule. I said, I am not cancelling, you guys have not showed up. Technician ended up showing up on the 18 and noticed a breaker was tripping. He fixed a lose cable and told me that if it trips again to call him directly, he also told me company is very understaffed and apologized for all the issues. The same 13 panels went down during the last week of December so I called technician again and he told me that he has left the company because they are not paying their employees. So, I called Suntuity to get an appointment and they put me on a wait list. Technician could be here within 2 weeks to a month. They asked me to call Enphase to troubleshoot issue. I called Enphase and they told me to get a different solar installer (which will cost me money).

    This company calls me almost daily. I have told them I don't need their services and never requested them to contact me. They still call almost daily

    This company continually calls me at this number, ************. They call several times a day and the Caller ID always shows a different number. I never requested any information about them. This is harassment plain and simple. I want them to stop calling me! I am on the *** Do Not call list.

    Suntuity originally contacted me months ago about setting up an appointment for installing solar panels. I thought that they were a different service so I initially set up the appointment and then later canceled it later that day when I realized the service they were providing. They have called me every week from different numbers to try to set up the appointment and I've told them every time that I just had a baby and am not interested in their services. I've asked to be taken off their call list and they always say they will take me off and then they call again from a different number from various states repeatedly. I do not want to be contacted by them any more.

    I have been receiving at least 4 calls per week for the last 3 weeks from this company and am tired of blocking their calls from dozens of numbers. I have no interest in their product as I live in a condo complex.
