had a complete HVAC install, and they attached all the lines to the window frame on the front of my house! then they rigged the ducts to accommodate the coils because they were too lazy to do it the right way. when i called to complain, they refused to even talk to me. I had to pay another company to come out and completely take away ALL of their equipment and start from scratch. absolutely horrible. do not use them. I wish I could post pictures to how how lazy and unprofessional they are.
