had a complete HVAC install, and they attached all the lines to the window frame on the front of my house! then they rigged the ducts to accommodate the coils because they were too lazy to do it the right way. when i called to complain, they refused to even talk to me. I had to pay another company to come out and completely take away ALL of their equipment and start from scratch. absolutely horrible. do not use them. I wish I could post pictures to how how lazy and unprofessional they are.Review from Joe C

We first encountered Mid-State in the middle of a cold winter, when another company misdiagnosed our furnace issue twice and had no sign of getting the job done. Mid-State came to our rescue and did the job swiftly and well.So when we were having major basement work done and were advised it would be helpful to have our furnace and hot water heater suspended for the job, we knew exactly who to call. *** came the very next day to assess our situation. He laid out a few options for both. I inquired about the possibility of a tankless water heater (which would eliminate the need for one suspension and provide an environmentally friendly upgrade). He forwarded a detailed estimate and answered all our questions (and we had quite a few). Amazingly, we signed our contract on Monday and the work was completed by end of day on Friday, just in time for our basement project to begin as scheduled.I couldn't say enough about the care and professionalism displayed by *** and his entire crew. They were responsive, did their job well and cleaned up as good as we would ourselves.
