    On April 19 I went to Value Zone in *********, ** to purchase Tide Washing Powder. Prior to I went to going I called to confirm price and a gentleman told me $20. I knew that sounded crazy but I jetted quickly. When I saw the price I was like woah this cant be right. So I spoke to the manager and he said the prices went up because customers continue asking about product he was going to do away with.They were ***** but in the system they rang up ***** . When I spoke to manager again he said that the price was ***** and that was not their fault that it was in the system.. He called a worker to ask him questions about the pricing and the worker confirmed that the price in the system was ringing up ***** but was told it was *****. The manager told the cashier that the price was ***** and he walked off. As he walked off I told him that that was bad customer business and he knows that is not how business work. Im disappointed because I traveled from SC to get this stuff and was treated unfairly. My best friend washing powder rung up for ***** and not *****. In addition I was charged tax on washing powder she was not.

    The product had the correct price sticker of $29.99 and customer was charged the correct price.

    I am rejecting this response because:that was not the truth. It rung up ***** in their system. And I was supposed to get it for that price. My best friend paid ***** . Whatever I wont be shopping with them ever again.
