I purchased an enclosed trailer from this company on a rent to own program. I put 800 down on a ******* trailer. The company said I will have a title to obtain tags to use the trailer within 15 business days. After a month of no title nor payment to get tags to be able to use my trailer they called for the first month payment. As I spoke with them and explained I will not be making any payments until I get the correct paperwork to obtain tags. The company explained that they could not get the title because it was a repo from another state. I made many calls trying to resolve this and was told each time we havent got a title yet. This went on for 3 months and I had the complete cash payment to finish paying the trailer off. But I made one last call and they said sorry we still can not get the title or paperwork. I told them to come get it. I found out that the trailer had been repoed from someone that paid cash for it and had the title. I reached back out to Hopkins and explained what I found out after doing vin search. They proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and I should not being investigating anything with the trailer. So I asked them why they could not provide legal documentation to obtain tags and was told that it could take over a year to resolve there issues with the previous owner. Im not paying for something I cant use. NOW THEY PUT THIS ON MY CREDIT AND I WORK WAY TO HARD IN LIFE TO MAKE SURE MY CREDIT IS GREAT TO HAVE A NEGATIVE IMPACT DUE TO THIS COMPANY NOT HAVE LEGAL DOCUMENTS TO BE ABLE TO USE IT.
