As a longtime member of LSFU (15 years) in excellent standing I am dissatisfied and disappointed in the poor customer service provided. First you can never reach anyone because the hold times are outrageous and when reaching someone they give you the run around. Branch managers dont return phone calls and are rude when you finally track them down. I deposited a child credit check on 7/21/21 with no problem with my name & my husbands name on it. When I tried to deposit another one I was told he is not on the account this was 9/16/21. Finally the teller accepted it but put the hold on it until 9/29/21 even though many checks with both our names have been on the checks. I directly deposit my paycheck with this bank for 15 years and was appalled and outraged when I finally reached the branch manager. ****** and Chance both stated I can no longer deposit any checks with my name and my husbands name on them. I was told by another employee he has to be present and another employee stated it should of only been a two day hold. How unprofessional for every employee to give a different response! What is the actual procedure and protocol for depositing checks even if my husband does not have a joint account with me? He does have their credit card with me and we have had our income tax checks deposited into LSFCU for the past 15 without his name being on my account. Awful!
