    I verified to level 2 on cex.io and I added my card and i deposited $9970 dollars into my account with intention of moving it into a personal wallet. After i deposited the money it prompted me to upload proof of ownership of my card. I uploaded 5 different selfies with my card as well as my paystub and bank statement beyond the KYC process I initially did of scanning my ID and my faace and I haven't been able to get a single person to respond on their live chat feature and the phone number they have listed on their website sinmnply say's they don't use that phone number and hangs up on you. Now i cant touch or move my almost 10000 dollars and it says i'm not longer verified but dpesnt give me the ability to verify again. I believe this website is engaging in suspicious activity and would like to withdraw my 10k USD immediately or refund the card with which i made the purchase. Thank you

    Purchased crypto over 8 days ago, the withdrawl has been pending for 8 days. I have reached out to the company support channels and get a canned answer or get ignored. I was told that this issue was going to taken care of on 8/7/24, that had not happened and the support staff have ignored me since. They have given me no time frame or reasoning as to what the issue is.

    i opened an account with them deposited $100 they closed my account for no reason kept my funds and will not give me my money ignoring my emails . I will hire an attorney and sue them

    I purchased just over $100 of Bitcoin on 07/15/2024. The intention was so I could move it into a personal wallet. They asked me to verify information before I made a withdrawal, which I complied. They then asked me to submit proof of card details to make a withdrawal. I did 4 times, all times coming back unsuccessful due to photo quality(the quality was clear and legible.) I contacted customer service, and was getting quick replies right away. After that, the replies were spaced out, and now I am waiting 10+ hours for a response. They claim to have customer service available 24/7, yet I cannot reach out. The lack of support and the other reviews made about the company say the exact same thing.

    I participated in pocket option bitcoin trading. They requested commission before they would release the capital amount that I intended to withdraw. The withdrawal has already been finished, but my account hasn't yet been credited with it. I had read so many stories about BanninkSolutions and how they recovered and they helped me.     They have my money and they won't give it to me even thought that I have completed the *** verification and I have provided all of the information that was requested from me. They claim to have "Live customer support" when that is completely %100 NOT true! They have absolutely no legal right whatsoever to restrict me of having access to MY money and that is EXACTLY what they are doing!

    I purchased 600$ worth of crypto currency from this exchange and when I made the purchase I mistakenly had a vpn running to play games with some friends in the military overseas. Because of this my transaction was flagged and my account info was needed to verify the safety of my account. I have now provided every possible screenshot and piece of information that is humanly possible to verify that the wallet is indeed mine and the account activity was indeed me, they are demanding an email receipt which you do not receive from the website in question. My account is fully kyc verified to the point of submitting residential documents and they are still holding over 600$ “for my security” this is criminal and it has been over a week since my funds have been frozen. This is absolutely unacceptable if they can’t approve the transaction then I need the money back to my original payment method, I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional and shady behavior. This is not the first time they have held cryptocurrency from me for days on end when every other exchange sends it instantly. They should be shut down immediately.

    Hello BBB, I signed up with CEX.IO to use this platform as my crypto wallet..But after 3 weeks of using it they froze my account with a total of $1309.38 USD, I cant withdraw my funds so i emailed them and they asking for alot of personal information and i kindly decline and told them i would like to stop using the service..they said okay i will be able to withdraw my funds soon, it's been almost 2 months and I'm still not able to withdraw my money, i emailed them and now I'm being ignored. if i do get a respond from them it's a robot script saying they are waiting for respond from their complice team to release my money, I have been treated unfairly and i would like to make my withdrawal this is unacceptable
