    I sent my designs to this company for a potential quote on merchandise. They failed to respond after the fact and now have my designs, I am concerned that they will steal them.

    Date of the transaction was 5/25/2023 Amount of money paid: $1,809.73 We paid for merchandise 2 sets of the 12 classic fleece short sets and 25 black biker short and shirt sets. We cancelled 1 of the 12 classic fleece short sets and applied some of that money to other enhancements and were owed the remaining. We obtained 1/3 of the order. We received the 12 classic fleece short sets only. When we attempted to reach out to the merchant we never heard anything back from them. (Still to this date we have not heard anything from the merchant).The business has not attempted to resolve as we have not heard from them since 7/18/2023.Order Number 1545/Tracking Number for the first half: **** 1Z888A9A0308732255 (Delivered - we never received tracking information for the other half of the order)

    This company is a SCAM. I purchased a customized hoodie order for embossed hoodies with my company logo on 12/12/22 its now 5/31/23 and I still have not received my order and the company will not respond to my multiple emails, phone calls or anything. Strong advice stay away from them because they will just take your money and stop responding. I dont even want the items at this point I just want a refund and an apology

    Paid $1800 for an order of custom made pants in MARCH 2022. Heard back after I checked in to see where we were at since they said 6 weeks to process. They said it would take a few more weeks. We are in JUNE 2022 and I have not heard back and they do not answer multiple phone calls, social media posts or emails.

    I placed an order with this company and spent at least 1K on merchandise for my clothing brand on April 8th. Ive been having problems with this company with communication, and reaching out to me about my order. Ive called, emailed, and even went on social media about that matter. I need some help! I need my money back, this isnt a business I want to work with.
