merchandise authorization (RMA).(Any non-defective returned item is
subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the purchase price (No Exceptions!!!). Do do not accept exchanges on Headwear. VHS, DVD's & CD's can be exchanged (only if defective) for the same item only.Do not accept returns or exchanges on any food products, used body products or bed and bath items.
