            We moved to ******* from ** and we contracted Liberty Moving for the move. We contracted them to bring everything from **********, warehoused and delivered to the new house. When we requested the delivery, they informed us that to expedite the delivery We should pick our items ourselves or that it would take longer and there would be more charges. So we contracted someone else to pick our stuff from the warehouse. We informed right away that there were boxes and items missing They told us we had 10 days to report the list of missing items which we did. They said that they did not know in which warehouse they stored our stuff. After several months of back and forth one day they showed up at our house with few of our boxes and items. We follow with more phone calls and emails and regular mail regarding the still missing items for which we provided a detail list and pictures. We sent the same list to an insurance company that they said it cover them just to be informed that such insurance company no longer works with them. What we requested from them was a settlement proposal but we have been ignored. In order to recover our items we even travel back to ********** to contact them when that failed we finally filed a police report C22016227 at the ******************************************

            NEVER use this company, and NEVER use United *** Lines. I moved from *********, ** to *******************. They destroyed many pieces of my furniture and lost others. They completely trashed a bookcase ( the whole top is gone and splintered) and then moved it into my apartment and left immediately. They DO NOT respond to claims filed, I have not gotten and single response from them about either the lost things or the broken ones. NO STARS
