Dear *********** am filing a formal complaint regarding Hudson Hyundai at *****************************************. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in April 2024 and financed it through my credit union. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, the dealership has failed to deliver the title to my ******* August 2024, my bank informed me they had not received the title, putting my loan terms at risk. I later learned that Hudson Hyundai sent the title to the wrong financial institution. Although they claimed the issue was resolved, my bank has repeatedly confirmed they have not received the title.Despite multiple calls, emails, and conversations with the General Manager, I have received no clear resolution. Most recently, I was told a duplicate title would be requested, but no further updates or confirmations have been provided. This negligence is causing me significant stress, financial uncertainty, and wasted time, with my bank threatening to raise my loan interest rate due to the missing title.Resolution Requested:1. Immediate written confirmation of actions being taken to resolve this issue.2. Delivery of the title to my bank without further delay.3. Compensation for the inconvenience and financial impact caused by this prolonged situation.This matter has dragged on for over eight months without resolution. Horrible experience The manager there is horrible (**** *******); He yelled at us.. All the time he was angry we didn't feel the welcome spirit at all. What is more horrible is that when the car was hit during a test drive he called the police making me wasting my whole day in his shop and insisted on paying for the damage despite the insurance coverage of the shop cars! The results I wasted my time in this shop for negotiating a certain problem in an insured car! He tried to offer me to buy the car and to fix it myself while waiting for the police (horrible situation) He yelled at me which caused me a bad day and negative emotions while being at the car (saying this will cost more than 2000 dollars before going to scan and fix it at Body shop!) After waiting in the shop feeling that I am being trapped waiting for the police made me extremely anxious to the degree I called 911!! The first time I call 911 in a shop!!!!!! When the police arrived he insisted to pay him the money (body shop estimation) and unfortunately I paid the money to finish this horrible visit and to just go home! During the negotiation in front of the police officers, he kept talking to me aggressively and yelling at me and my father saying (I was sure that this guy was not buying the car I am not stupid!) Is this the level of speech in dealing with your customers? Trying to push them to purchase a car or pay for an accident? Never try any car at this store or visit them! I will never visit any ****** shop if this is the level of dealing with customers! I am contacting Better Business Beareu and ****** Usa for the details of what happened!Initial Complaint

Hello, I had an issue with my Hyundai 2019 Tuscon being broken into and parts missing. My insurance company provided Hyundai Hudson with 2 paychecks that were received by March 13. However, Hyundai Hudson has lied multiple times blaming the insurance company for not being able to fix my car. My car has been in the shop for almost 2 months and has yet to be completely fixed. I turned my car into the shop on February 19, 2024. It has not been fully inspected. I've tried to speak to "Hector", the manager, however, he is never in his office nor does he call back even when left a message. Roseangeles Or. the service advisor, has been disrespectful and extremely dishonest about my car not being serviced. Her and the others involved at the *** *********** location have lied about the parts coming in. You cannot get into contact with any of the managers and no one else is there to service you. The Hudson Hyundai dealership stated that I would be reimbursed for taking **** to work picking my two children up from school and taking them home. They had me send in the information and never reimbursed me for the almost $200 I had spent. As a result, I had to take out a loaner car and pay for the rental because they decided to keep my car in the shop, for longer than they needed to. This is not only unprofessional but has cost me time and money as a single working parent. Unfortunately, I needed to pay a $500 deductible in the midst of all of this. I would never buy from Hyundai itself again nor will I take my car to be serviced at Hyundai Hudson in Jersey City, NJ.Initial Complaint

This *********** me letters showing in his record are a Hyndai Veloster purchase for me and could be trade for other vehicle, NJ motor vehicle do not have any Hyundai in my name, I have problem with my wife ,she is thinking I bought a car for another person . This is very bad way to offer a car sale taking my name in a no existing transaction.Initial Complaint

Sept 16,2023I I purchased r a car from Hudson Hyundai sales manager *******************. They sold me a car that I simply could not afford .. never got paper work and they never got my boyfriends signature . they said there was no issue.. When I got home that night I was speaking to my boyfriend and he said there was no way the payments were 869 a month that was on Saturday . Sunday they were closed Monday morning I took a friend with me and went back to tell them There was no way I can afford this car the payment was more than my take home biweekly and I wanted my ***** back because my boyfriend will not sign ,, His signature is on the ***** as well they told me on that day 9/18/23 at 9:15 am they already sold my car and the check was sent to GM Financial e check and there wasnt anything i can do.. Told them it was impossible because I left here Sat Sept 16, 2023 at 4PM and you close at 8 and Sunday you are closed and here it is Monday morning at 9 am ... Refused to give me my ***** back and I had no other choice to pick another car .... October 2,2023 GM financial called me telling me I car payment was late . I told them I traded my car in on Sept 16,2023 , ** Financial said there is no record of it Spoke with Hudson Hyundai several times and several people was promised calls back everyone said car was paid ..Initial Complaint

I had a Knocking and Jerking of my Vehicle - I did the recommended Service that Hyundai suggested but the Problem was subtle but never stop. Hudson Hyundai has had my Car for Over 10 Business Days - they have not offered me a Courtesy Car - or even confirmed the issue with my Vehicle.Initial Complaint

I have not had a Hyundai for over a year now after it was totalled by *** flooding. The lease was paid off and closed yet Hudson Hyundai continues harassing with ****************** mailings, calls and emails even though I no longer have the car. I have requested for all marketing communications to stop immediately yet they continue. When calling they are nothing but rude and unprofessional. If not response next communication will be from my attorney!Initial Complaint

I've never been a customer of this business. Repeatedly over the past year or so, they have sent me a personalized mailer seeking to repurchase a car that I do not own or lease and have never owned or leased. I've called in to be taken off their mailing list 3 different times, but the mailers keep coming. The nature of it - listing a car I don't own but still including my name, personally - really makes it seem like some kind of fraud has happened even though there's no record of sale or lease. It's really weird.On one call, a rep told me that my data had been collected by sale through some mobile app (didn't disclose which) and that's how they came to add my name and address. But they haven't removed me or updated their records for this really weird offer that doesn't apply to me and kinda stresses me out with the implication that my name or info has been used to buy a car I don't own. Hate having to do something like this but it's been months and multiple tries and I'd really just like it to stop completely.
