    On may 23rd,2024 I Mawela ******* went to Hudson jeep dodge for service due to transitions issues, the dealer offered several proposals including a trade in which i agreed.$20K for my previous 2018 jeep jk wrangler plus another $5000in cash as down payment for a total of 25K in the trade in i got a 2024 jeep rubicon asking price was 81K instead of subtracting my down payment(25k) to the asking price asking price they instead added to the total cost which surpassed the $100K , the dealership is permanently closed

    I purchased my 2019 Jeep Compass in October2023. My battery died on the way to take my son to school so we were literally stranded on the side of the road. When I got my vehicle they stated everything was good, there were no issues. My car battery should not be dying like this, I havent even had the car for one year. This is the third time in one week my battery had failed. This location is closed, so I called the dealer in little falls. Even though I have a warranty, they want to charge $288 as a diagnostic fee just to see whats wrong with the vehicle. That is criminal. I cannot afford $288, as I have had to pay people to jump my car, pay $450 payment monthly for a messed up car. This was a scam, and I want either a new car or for them to refund me all the money I have put into the vehicle.

    The car Im leasing had a technical issue on May 16th 2024 in which the power steering did not allow my car to function properly and requested service from the dealership. My car was left at the dealership (Hudson Chrysler Jeep Dog Ram in ***********) for resolving the issue and Mr. **** ******************** told me two weeks I need to wait. I asked him if I could take a loaner car and he said "we don't have any". I let him know I was coming from ********** but he did not care. The uber service I paid cost me 75US. I waited paciently two weeks (the time they gave me to wait) and I called the dealership on May 30th 2024, and the dealer told me that they were still waiting for the parts. NO even an apology to me was offered!!!. It should be noted that they did not assigned me a courtesy car, never responded my phone calls, nor responded to my voice messages. I have my daughter 8 y/o, and I have been walking every single day to ***** her off at school. I have been paying for uber services at my own expenses and again, I had never received a phone call from the dealer. My job has been affected since I dont have a car. Today is June 1st, and the dealer did not call me yesterday. A new week is begnining and I am tired of waiting, paying uber almost every day and not being able to be on time for my job.

    I’ve purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee here 2021. I have called SEVERAL times regarding vehicle issues since then and spent a lot of money on repairs! Every time I call the representative ask if I’m calling about “MY Jeep wrangler or Jeep Cherokee”!? Why is there 2 vehicles linked to my account! I address this issue with them every time I call. This is very concerning and annoying to me! I NEVER requested or purchased info on a 2018 Jeep Wrangler! Remove that vehicle from my account! The representative states they have no control on removing the vehicle?!!!! I recently called again in May 2024 for another issue with the vehicle and the 2018 Wrangler is still linked to my account!!! I make all my monthly payments on time! Please remove the 2018 wrangler from my account!

    I was talked into purchasing a vehicle from hudson Chrysler jeep dodge in October 2023 by the sales rep ******** It is now January of **** and I have not received my plates. My temp plates expired 2 months ago. Every time I have reached out to the manager , ******* I have been given the run around. When I called the bank, they said they cannot find the title to my car. Why would this business sell me a car if there was no title. On top of that, the vechile has barely been driven **** miles and is squeaking and making strange sounds. I would like a full refund on the car including the $6000 for the vehicle I traded in , the down deposit I placed ($1300) and any payments I have made on the Vehicle. I want out. This is completely unprofessional. If I get pulled over or ticketed for my plates , on top of a malfunctioning car, they would not care. This is illegal in so many ways.

    I had a poor customer experience in regards to the repair of my vehicle. There was a delay in getting a part, which I understand is beyond the control of the dealership. I did not receive communication or updates and had to call several days in a row to get an update. I was told I was not priority for a loaner vehicle as I bought my car at a different dealership. I was told to call ********************* for more help. I called 10/14/2023 and was told someone would reach out within one day. The first contact I had was 11/13/2023 from ****** at Stellantis/Jeep customer care saying she had called and emailed me. I called back within business hours and got a message they were closed. I called again and left ****** a voicemail. 11/17 I got a voicemail from ****** saying she couldn't reach me and she was closing my case, case #********. She had either ignored or disregarded my previous voicemails attempting to reach her. I called back 11/17 and the first representative told me my case was open, put me on hold and then hung up on me. The second representative, ***, said my case was closed and only ****** could help me. No one else could assist. *** told me he sent to his supervisor *******. ****** called back and I requested it to be escalated to a supervisor. Her supervisor is **** but she advised any supervisor will call and they could only call within 1-2 business days. I requested a same day phone call as it was only 10AM EST. She was unable to ensure that would happen. I would need to speak with someone who can explain how my case was not opened 10/14 but instead 10/25, and a representative would lie continuously to me about contacting me.

    Just purchased a new Ram Rebel 2023 about a month ago and already have problems with the tailgate door not unlocking so today would of been my 3rd attempt in fixing this issue which the truck is fully under warranty. 1st time i brought the truck in they held it for 2 full days before finally checking it at the end of the 2nd day then i brought the truck in a 2nd time once they had the part in and i waited for vehicle about 5 hours. They changed the part but defect wasnt fixed it still didnt want to unlock so today rolls in and i come in to service area for a 3rd time as an appointment was made the week before but once i ask ************************* if they will put priority on my vehicle he turns ignorant and tells me no i might not get looked for several hours. so i then tell him to get his supervisor ************************* but instead of solving the problem and listening to the costumer he tells me to lower my voice csause apparently the tone of my voice offended him in some way and tells me i refuse to repair your covered warranty vehicle and tells ************************* to give me my keys back and never apologized for his behavior and unprofessional person i ever had to deal with.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, they gave me a free service oil change for my truck and also included $50 for rental reimbursement in the need that truck would have to stay in for repairs in the future. 
    **** the general manager was very professional and courteous to this matter and only because of him am I satisfied with this horrible service issue.

    In December 2022 I took my 2015 dodge journey to Hudson dodge in ***********. The vehicle was making a knocking noise. I was told they would give a diagnostics check. From what I was told no other issues but what I brought the car there for and 1 other minor issue. I was originally told it would cost about $4700. While fixing what I agreed to they took it upon themselves to fix another item which costed $800. I was told ***************** you really needed that so while we were in the vehicle we just did it. Ok I didn't get my car back until a month and a half later. Once I got the car back I drove it for about 3weeks the check engine light came on I took it back to the ********** was told not to worry its nothing the car needed to regain its memory. When they gave the car back the check engine light was off. 3 days later check engine light back on I take the car back its put on the machine again. I was told we need to keep the car to flush the transmission checking for metals I was told it's good it was just dust and dirts. 3 days from that my car overheated and smoke was everywhere. I left the car and keys at the dealership until the start of the next business day. When they went to check the car I was told the coolant cord are leaking and that part isnt covered under warranty that repair costed $1100. While fixing that part I was told the radiator is leaking also and the manager would cover the labor but I have to cover the part which was $300. They had my car for 3weeks i just got my car back for 3 days and the check engine light is on again and i smell a burning smell from the hood area. I truly believe this department is half fixing and destroying parts and pieces in my vehicle purposely. Please help me all if this vehicle is put on a diagnostic test how are they consistently misdiagnosing the car.

    Customer's car came in December 2022 for repairs. They were delayed due to parts availability, came back in January needed a part for the transmission replaced at no charge to customer. On the visit in February car was leaking coolant due to crossover and thermostat leaking very bad after replacing the part, we did another pressure test and found coolant also leaking form the radiator. Informed customer of the finding reduced price of part and did not charge customer the labor for the repair. On 3/28/23 customer returned for check engine light on due to a code for radiator fan open circuit checked vehicle ************** was working at the time provided customer with a loaner car for 4 days while we did a road test drove car for 79 miles and light did not return. Retuned vehicle to customer with full tank of gas.

    On may 31 I took my car to Hudson dodge in *********** ** to get serviced.They told me it was the water pump and it wouldnt be in till June 14.On the 14th got not call from the dealership I ended up calling them on the 15th to be told that the part was on back order and they didnt know when it was coming I then ask for a loaner car to be told my car would be fix be for I get a loaner car .On June 28 I called again to check on my car and see about a loaner car and was told by the manager I could come get my car because he doesnt work for dodge and he doesnt have time for my problems I understood that the part was on back order but giving me a loaner car is not that hard for a big company like hudson dodge I think I have been more than patient being that I have been with out a car for over a month without any such call to say whats going on .I believe that they can get a loaner car they are just giving me a hard time when Im spending my money with them it not fare to me to have to wait for when they free to find out anything .The person I spoke to is ************************* and the invoice number is ****** the number is ************

    The part is on back order, she was very nasty to the service writer and manager and we do not have a loaner vehicle available for her. if she wasn't nasty to FCA maybe they will reimburse her for a rental, the customer would have to call them. we did give her the number.     I have been having a problem with my vehicle since 2019 after purchasing it via lease. Within the first 3 months the car transmission went. They would not put my vehicle under lemon law and I was out of a car for 2 months. I was not given a loaner car as well because apparently they dont have any. After memorial my car had another major issue and the part took another 3 weeks to come. I was again out of a car and couldnt get a loaner because they again dont have any. My father and I tried to once again get into a new lease but they expected us to put down ***** in order to do so. The only reason we asked to end the lease is due to the car being a lemon and having major issues. Unfortunately they claimed they could do nothing about that but fix the car when they can or put down all that money for a new lease. I received my car back on Jun 20th and less then a week later the car is having another major issue and we have to wait on the part to come. I have no loaner car again. It took them two days to give us this diagnosis and we havent heard anything sense. Although we have contacted the corporate office I am not confident that they will do anything to help us because they havent thus far. I am contacting you simply because my father and I just want to do away with the vehicle and the dealership itself but its feels like were trapped. The supporting documents are in the car but I will have them emailed over to you.

    I am rejecting this response because: My car is under warranty so the parts have to be ordered and the car must be fixed under warranty. So yes the parts are ordered but Im still without a vehicle. It is clear by the response that there is a lack of customer service at this dealership. The Jeep corporate office did not sell me the car, the dealership did. My complaint was about more then just lemon law. I have not been given a loaner car during all 3  major issues with my car. The same way a call can be made to expedite parts is the same way a call can be made to provide a loaner to a customer with a major issue. I am not the only person this has happened to and something more then just ordering parts needs to happen. I can ****% assure you I will not be a customer of this dealership once this lease is over. It is a dealership completely about money and sales then helping the customer with there needs.

    ******* did have his vehicle repaired under warranty, a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. he needed a body harness, not a transmission which was warranty thru FCA at not cost to the customer. FCA would give this customer a loaner vehicle due to the fact the repair was warranty. The dealership is out of loaner cars, they come from new vehicle inventory, if I have no inventory how are we going to have loaners. I had 12 loaners and they have to come out of service after one year. I have no replacement vehicles.
