I am trying to speak with you in regards to getting my belongings out of the 2016 ****** Sentra, that was picked up on Thursday night , February 23rd. I have been trying to get my things out the car since Friday February 25, 2023 , and was informed by **********, that I would not be able to retrieve my belongings until Monday or Tuesday. I called Monday , mulitple times and was advised it would be Tuesday. Today is Tuesday February 28,2023, I was advised at 3:01pm that the vehicle was enroute to your Windsor location. It is now 6:37 pm the vehicle has still not arrived at Windsor , and I have not been contacted on when I am able to get my belongings out of the car. I am trying to retrieve my belongings and I have not been contacted. Since Thursday February 23 when the vehicle was picked up . I have called everyday , several times a day with no communication My newborn baby who is 5 weeks old , the base to his car seat and his stroller is in this vehicle, there has also been no communication with me. There is a wallet with identification in there, that I have no been allowed to regain possession of. The car was picked up on Thursday February 23, 2023, in the middle of the night for a balance of $467 27 days pass due, as I am currently on maternity leave , I have sent this company pay stubs , showing that I al employee however on leave . My last payment was on 01/28, which prior to the vehicle being repossessed. They also tried to charge me a $500 repossession fee. Today is Tuesday February 28, 2023 I called the ******* location , and spoke with ********** and was advised that the vehicle was in route to their sister store Windsor ****** at 3:01pm. Attempted to call back for an update at 6:30pm, and at this time the company stopped answering the phone. I then had my partner call and again no answer. There was a police report filed with the ************ ** police department on February 27,2023 where the vehicle was picked up from .Business response

I traded in my 2012 rogue for a new car whi was a 2018 ***** sonata. My truck had a lein on it so they asked for **** for the truck in August the lein was through ******** and presselr rhe agreement was that we write a certified check to ******** and ******** for the amount of **** which we did I have proof of. ******** and presslwr did not reserve the check till November. The lean release doesn't process quick the dealership had my certified check from August sent put in November I paid the full deposit in the amount of ****.and 3507 certified check. So now because their trying to sell my truck months later I get threats and hassles that their going to take me to court and put the lean on my husband car and garnish his check. We did our part we paid the **** and made the check put to ******** . When I told ***** the finance guy that Iost my jib they were continuing uslly hassling me while I was at work and said I got fired after xoming back from covid he said congratulations I was aiz for 7 month s with covid. The rudness and harrasments I have been getting when I did my part they need to wait on the lean release and threatening to take me to court by putting a lean over to my car he can't do that and threatening to garnish my husband check if I didn't call him by 3 pm today.Business response

******************* trade in a 2013 ****** Rogue which has two liens on it. One with GM Financial and one which was a hidden lien place by ******** and ******** from a judgement. Once we paid the first Lien, and tried to flip the title we were only then informed of the second lien. If any one has been through this before know that ******** and ******** are not the easiest collection agency to deal with. Once we learned of the amount we immediately sent a check for ******* dated 8/27/2021, not November. Once the check was sent, it's up to ******** to inform the court the judgement was paid, and they delated that communication and where as the court then has to notify motor vehicle to release the lien.
In conclusion. we were never informed by the customer that their was a second lien, had we known we would have never made this transaction. ***** dispute should be with ******** for dragging thier feet after we paid the amount to satisfy the second lien.
