    I am a tenant at one of their properties. I have lived in this location under different management for several years. I have never missed rent and they raised my rent 300! The place is in bad condition. People drink in parking lot and area is bad . The woman who works in office is nasty and hung up on me. Everything is broken. They dont fix anything but raise rent. Im moving out in two weeks . Cant wait to go to a professional establishment. Dont rent here . Slum lords !

    For a property management company these people could not be more unorganized and unprofessional. I dont know of a single tenant who has had an issue fixed in a timely matter. If you email them you get no response. The phones are never picked up. Two of our neighbors have had broken toilets for well over a year. Another had her thermostat hanging by a wire from the wall and could not change the temperature. Maintenance came to fix it twice and did nothing. Ultimately, the reoccurring themes are lack of communication and no follow through. There is also little regard to tenants time as maintenance does not show up in scheduled time slots.
