      I ordered and received a ******* tablet on January 3rd. When I powered it up I typed on the keyboard a message, but the letter o and the letter L in the words never appeared on the screen and the words typed omitted them. I contacted the company by email and got permission to return it for a full refund. When I asked about a shipping label they said they wouldnt supply one unless the computer was dead. I said it didnt work as advertised with no response from them. When I tried to get a live advisor they said I had to pay $1, but that link also contained a monthly membership fee which I refused to do. They said the $1 would be refunded.

      I purchased a **** Chromebook; it arrived after about a month. Will not take a charge; will not turn on. If quality control is so **** poor that they cant catch a lap top that is clearly non operational then they should close their doors and wash windshields. Theyre a disaster and I should have known better. Fortunately I have purchase protection for this POS!

      I purchased 2 referbished Ipad mini's for my grandsons for Christmas gifts from ITechDeals. After they received them they tried to download apps but were unable to. The Ipads are not able to download anything or update. This is not an isolated issue since it is an issue with both of them. Not being able to download make these worthless. I did made sure they powered up when I received them but I did not set them up since they were gifts. I think their policy should address this issue. It is very deceiving to sell a product that is unable to download apps or update. I have sent many emails but do not get any resolution,

      On 12/14/2022:I ordered an Apple MacBook Air 13 Core from iTechDeals along with a 2-Year repair warranty for $192.48. I did not receive the item. The company was informed and I also submitted the tracking number and they stated it must have gotten lost. After multiple time of reaching out to them for my refund; I was told that they would put a tracker on the item. It has now been over 6 weeks since the tracker was put on asset and still no recovery. I have reached out to the business and they still have not found the asset, refunded me for the asset or given a direct answer what is taking so long. Moving forward; I reached out today, Monday, March 6, 2023 and they are still withholding my funds and have NOT located the asset; which is no fault of mine. PLEASE HELP ME!???       I am rejecting this response because: I never received this package I sent screenshots Ive been talking to these folks for months about my package then a tracer.  I have not received any message from them stating a delivery that i did not receive just they are waiting.  They are trying to avoid refunding me.  I do not have an asset nor an email from the company regarding the tracking or tracer in the last month or so until I reached out to BBB.       This case is ongoing from case #******** in which the business promised me via BBB that they would get back to me about my asset within four weeks; when I accepted the response I had no idea the case would close. As I stated previously, along with my screenshots and communication, I have not received my asset nor has the business communicated any further on this my inquiries and attempts to resolve this matter nor find my asset.

      Order #IT20000395775 I ordered 3 chrome books on January 19 2023. I was given a tracking number for dhl and then after it was supposedly picked up tracking stopped on January 20 th. Contacted itech several different times and they said it would be resolved but never has been. The company lies and is very deceitful. I either want my products or a refund. I advise that you stay away from this company. For the past month every time I contact them they ask that I give them a day or two to resolve the problem so I give them the time they ask for and still no answers.

      My son had received an itech Junior smartwatch for Christmas. He received the watch December 24th. This was a gift from another family member. He did not get to use the watch until December 26th and it stopped working December 27th. The watch will not turn on or charge. I provided customer service with videos of the watch not working. After I had to reach out to customer service on more than one occasion, I was told I would have to pay shipping to send the watch back to them and then pay shipping to get a new replacement watch. After stating it was their watch that was defective, so I shouldn't have to pay anything they told me they'll waive one of the shipping fees. I had told them that I shouldn't have to pay shipping fees, I basically got told either I pay it or it's my loss.
