    Order received 01/10/2025. I called 4md medical 01/14/2025. Support told me they will not issue a refund because I opened 1 of 60 individually sealed packages and used it with my Nebulizer only to find it isn't compatible. It is like trying to drink concrete through a soda straw.Asked for a Supervisor was told she would tell me the same but she would transfer me, I was sent voicemail (a name I couldn't even understand) no call back received. Called later and system sent me to record my info (the business was not closed either) never got a call back. When I told the person who originally answered, ******** that I couldn't understand her, she began to raise her voice instead of speaking more clearly. Not being able to understand someone is not a reason for them to raise their voice to you. She put me on hold without telling me and left me for 5 minutes. I ordered December 24 my order wasn't shipped until January 8th. Website says 3 days to process most orders. Overall very dissatisfied, I'm now out almost $60 and if I want to return I have to pay $20 shipping and they tell me there's nothing they can do because I opened one of them to be sure they worked. Now I'm down to 2 single use Nebulizer kits. I'm out $60 and I have to pay my deductible for my meds since it's January so I really can't afford this kind of grief. Their Website says "Satisfaction Guaranteed"

    I placed an order in July 7th. First you told me the order was going to shipped on July 19th. This did not occur. Then, you told me in the 31st. Today is the 31st and I sent a message to be sure it will be shipped today. Although you were online and saw my message, you did not respond.I really need to confirm when I will receive the order because I am out of US and need to plan my trip.
