    Terrible, if you need to return an item. Followed their directions to a tee. Got the return authorization number. Paid for the return shipping - $44.15 - and returned it via *** on 1/17/25. They said that they will refund my money within ***** days after receiving the item. Tracking shows it was received on 1/21/25 at 9:56 am. As of 2/21/25, when I ask for the status of my refund, they say it takes ***** days after receiving the item. I have provided them a copy of the tracking. They never say anything else but keep repeating the ***** day spiel. Unfortunately, my payment went thru ******. ****** will do NOTHING to help. So, my only option is to go ask for a chargeback from my **************** Who is trying to help me, in spite of this being a 3rd party payment, I received an email from Going Group on 2/21/25, but not the ********************** who had been emailing me, telling me that Going Lighting has closed. I don't know if that's true or not, but as of 2/26/25 I have not heard a peep from them. And ****** refuses to investigate their seller. Terrible customer service from both ********************** and ******.

    Played me along and then threatened to cancel my order. Then several weeks later cancelled my order. I would not recommend or shop from this store.

    Ordered accepted online, but did not ship. We called customer service and were told "Technical difficulties processing orders, if needed in a certain time frame, please cancel". We chose to wait as we were not in a hurry. 3 weeks later, no shipment information, no contact whatsoever and this time when we called customer service, there was a recording stating that call volume was high, still experiencing technical difficulties with order processing and to please email them. Then it automatically disconnected me. Sounds bogus and highly suspicious. I emailed them to cancel our order completely. I don't like that they have my credit card information now! I don't believe they had the product or intended to ship it at all! I'm surprised the business is still open.

    This company is a fraud. Order at your own risk!!!Ordered vanity lights in September. Showed that they were in stock and billed my account. Next, I get an email 2 days later that oh, no, they are on back order and expected to have them by the first week in October and then they would ship out that week. I said I would keep the order if they were to ship that first week in October because my renovations were starting at that same time. The second week in October I still had not heard from them (even though they had already charged my account in September) so I went to the website to see if the lights I ordered showed back in stock. And sure enough it said they now had 143 units. I immediately emailed them and said "what's the status of my order since you now have plenty in stock". The customer service email response was, "we have stock but now we are moving warehouses so they won't be shipping till the end of October. I responded, my renovation had started October 1st and the lights were needed now and originally they said shipment the first week of October. They not once told me about a change of warehouse in their original email. I then immediately call and asked to cancel the order to which a customer service person assured me that the order was canceled and a refund would show 1-3 business days. I then ordered the same lights from a different vendor. *************************************************************************************************** the order was cancelled and I would be refunded. Now when you try calling their ***** number you get a message that they are close for a holiday weekend. SO, I emailed 2 more times and on the second email I was told that in 3 business days, once the order was reviewed, they would send an email telling me how to return the unopened box of vanity lights. 5 business days have passed and crickets AND no one is answering the phones in customer service. Still get the same "closed for holiday" message.

    This company is scandalous. They make returns impossible. I was charged $230 to return my oversized boxes partially filled with brown paper, then charged a 15% restocking fee. Thats a total out-of-pocket expense of $381 for an original order amount of $1003. So, Im getting charged 38% for an order that I dont have, which they, in turn, will sell to another customer. Absurd! How is that lawful?!? To make matters worse, it takes them ***** business days from when your return is received back at the warehouse for the refund to be processed, so you end up paying interest on items you dont have and you returned timely. Disgraceful! I would not recommend and would give them 0 stars if I could.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service. This company makes returns impossible. Buy Lighting here at your own risk, no easy returns.

    Just purchased a floor lamp from this company. I was concerned because their listing clearly stated "no returns". It was shipped directly from the manufacturer which is why I suspect that the online lighting store doesn't take the fixtures back. I wrote to customer service & was advised that if there was any damage in shipping, they'd rectify it. The lamp arrived perfectly from ************** so there was no need for return (I LOVE the lamp!) It was comforting to receive a direct and quick response from the seller though. It made that the transaction that much easier. Seller also had the best price with a discount added. I'd shop from them again in the future.

    Do not buy from this company!!! Misrepresented color of sconces on their webiste. The picture showed an orange sconce and it arrived yellow. They make the customer pay expensive return shipping and Charge over $100 for restocking when returning the item. This business should be investigated for their poor practices. I wish I would have read reviews before I purchased as others have reported the same issue.

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! I bought 2 lights, and the color was not accurately shown online. It cost me $80 to mail the 2 boxes back which I explained to them how expensive it was since they didn't provide a label. So I asked if they would consider waiving their 15% re-stocking fee....and they REFUSED!!! This is the most expensive return I've ever made! HORRIBLE customer service!!

    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.THEY POST THE INCORRECT PICTURE OF THE ITEMS.THEY EVEN SEND YOU THE ***** CONFIRMATION WITH THE WRONG PICTURE AND WHAT ** RECEIVE IS OTHER FINISH.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WONT DO ANYTHING TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS
