    If I could give them zero stars I would. My mother passed away in Feb 2024. they charged my sister $500 after the oxygen machine was returned. it was not my sister's debt to be paid. They now are harassing my sister for $47.00. DISGUSTING!!!!!

    This business charged my father for rental medical equipment because they "couldn't" find it in his facility's small room, even though it was in plain view. I tried to be there one of the days they said they'd be there to pick up, and they didn't come until much later. The director of the facility he is at told me they picked up his wheelchair. However the driver must not have documented that, because Valmar says they didn't. They then charged an (albeit) reduced but still high price for all the equipment.

    I recieved a wheelchair on 1/15/24 for my mom after surgery, realized after delivery it's too large to go in my 2door car, requested from company transport wc instead. They then told me wait a week they had to get "team" to agree. I called 1/19, again on 1/24, again 1/31, again 2/8 and now my last call 2/16/24. They said on one call to have her Dr *** in updated paperwork, which he did, when I called 2/16/24 ,they told me to call my mom's insurance company which during the previous calls, no one said to do that and then I'd be waiting again. I am left with a wheelchair that I cannot use. I told the Dr if he knows anyone in need ,they can take it free.This company is called Valmar Surgical ******************************************************************* In order to send this review in, I wouldn't give any "stars".
