      We had a wonderful experience at Honda Universe. **** and ******* were great! We knew the exact car model/ color that we wanted and Honda Universe didn't give us the run around or try to sell us on something else. They simply made us a great deal, tracked down the car from another state, and was able to get it to us faster than any of the dealerships closer to where we live. Fantastic experience.

      That place is a nightmare to start business with , nobody to handle your problem ... why you ask??? No General Manager to talk to ...he is COO and manager at same time also ****** Universe, and his messages are full and impossible to find ... they spend insane $$$$ money on commercials on tv but do not care about customer issues because there is no one to help you.... save yourself the frustration.... rest you know what to do...

      I purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot elite from ******. **************** was great, the facility was clean and offered refreshments, I feel like I got good deal

      I recently stopped in to Honda Universe on Rt 88 in ********, **... I was greeted by a salesman named ***************************-(who is AMAZING!!!) I couldnt be more happy with the service he provided & his knowledge of the cars themselves. He was able to answer all my questions about the vehicles I was interested in & helped me figure out which vehicle was within my budget! My car is a perfect fit for everything that I was looking for & could afford!!! I recommend when visiting Honda Universe that you ask to speak with *************************** because he is the best in the business!!!

      Just purchased a 2020 Honda Civic. I love the car. Everyone was so friendly. *** was great - go see her if you need a car. She made the process easy and fast, and thoroughly explained everything about the car.

      Do not buy from this dealership, left that day not knowing how much my car was, wasnt told about how much I got for a trade in, also I told them I didnt want an extended warranty, the manager told me he gave me a ******* mile bumper to bumper warranty GREAT, except when I got my warranty package in the mail, his gift cost me over ***** dollars. They lie and dont care about the customers. They sell vehicles how ever they have too.
